Alexis: From what I understand, if Jerry disappears or dies,
he will use the evidence that he has against Emily and send it to
the State Department, and then she'll be implicated for treason.
Nikolas:
That's true, which is why I need you to prove that she's innocent
now. Alexis:
You sound as if you expect Jerry to die. Nikolas:
Alexis, I won't let Emily live her life with this hanging over her
head. Ok, I want her free of this so she can live her life with
me, so she can be the brilliant doctor I know she will be, and if
that means killing Jerry Jacks, so be it. Alexis:
What, exactly, do you expect me to do here? Nikolas: Prove that she was set up, clear her name. I mean, unless you feel like there's still a need to protect Jerry?
