You are obscenely cheerful. Sonny didn't lie to me, did he? He signed
the divorce papers? Jax:
Yep -- just dropped them at the county clerk's office. The wedding's
Friday. Alexis:
All right, if this is what you want, I'm happy for you. Jax:
Prove it -- by standing up for me and Carly. Say you'll be my best
person. Alexis:
Yes, yes, yes, I will be your best person.
Jax:
Thank you. That means the world to me. Alexis:
So it's probably going to be a small ceremony, right, because the
two of you collectively have been married, what, about 600 times?
Jax:
Not -- not too small. You know, I mean, Jason's Carly's best person,
and my mom's flying in. Alexis:
Oh. Jax:
And the kids will be there, Michael and Morgan, and the Spencers,
and the Quartermaines, I'm sure they'll show up. Even though they
don't like Carly very much, they're very fond of my E.L.Q. stock,
so -- Alexis:
So, in other words, half the town? Jax:
Yeah. You know -- and Carly said that she'll send over a color swatch
so you can pick out a dress, you know, so it'll match the -- the
theme. Alexis:

Not worried about Sonny? Jax:
He -- he can show up if he likes. Alexis:
Ok, so you're not worried that he's going to object, or do "the
graduate" thing and go to the altar and grab her and run? Jax:
I'd like to see him try. Alexis:
