"She's Going to be Sent Home to her Father in the States"

Sonny: You're going to have to see me in family court when I permanently take Kristina away from Alexis. Or you can let Carly go.

Ric: You know what? You wouldn't even be making a threat like this if you weren't afraid of something.

Sonny: You don't want this fight.

Ric: After everything that those kids have been through, you're going to tell me you would tear Kristina away from her mother? You would destroy your own daughter's life? You wouldn't do that, Sonny, unless you think Carly is guilty of killing A.J.

Ric: You know, I might have some empathy for you, Sonny, if you were just trying to get Carly off so that she could be with your son, but that's not what this is about, is it, huh? You want to try to get Carly off a murder, so you can barter Kristina to do it?

Sonny: My daughter was taken out of the country, kidnapped by her mother -- again.

Ric: Her mother is -- she'll be back. You know this is what she does.

Sonny: I've already -- look, I've already let Alexis off the hook. But after what I've been through, what Kristina’s been through the last couple of months, I don't have any understanding or compassion left.

Ric: No, but you got a lot of blackmail, a lot of threats, don't you? You got plenty of that.

Sonny: One call to the authorities and they bring my daughter home to me. But, you know, on the other hand, you know, I want to do what's best for all my children, so I'm willing to give Alexis a little leeway. In return, you get Carly released tonight.

Ric: Alexis, I'm sure you have your reasons for not wanting to return my calls, but you're going to have to listen to what I have to say and take it very, very seriously. Sonny knows that you have taken Kristina out of the country to London without his permission, so he has called in the family court and the C.P.S. Alexis, you need to get back here before you're picked up for kidnapping and violating a court order. I don't think I need to tell you what that means in terms of Kristina. I'm not going to be able -- I'm not sure that I'm going to be able to pull this off. I'll do everything that I can on my end, do my part, but you're going to have to do your part, and that means, please, don't think, don't debate, just -- just get home.

Woman: Mr. Lansing.

Ric: Judge hunter.

Judge Hunter: This better be important to get me here this time of night.

Ric: I'd like to drop the charges against Carly Corinthos.

Alexis: Ric, Ric. Hi. Did you pick those for Ric? He would love those. Want to take them back with us? He misses you, you know. I know you miss him, too. He called four times. Right here -- you want to see? There's pretty yellow ones over there. You want to pick some more? Ok. I'll be right here. Your daddy's freaking out. I don't need to check the messages to figure that out. I don't do a very -- thank you, baby, they're beautiful. You want to sit by mommy? I was talking to the baby, telling him that I shouldn't have left Ric there like that. It wasn't fair to the baby, it wasn't fair to daddy, it wasn't fair, and I can blame it on the hormones. What do you think? What do you say we go home? London was fun, but I think we should go home. What do you think? I can tell Ric what a goofball mommy is? Can you say "goofball"?

Kristina: Goofball.

Alexis: Goofball.

Ric: I just don't think it's wise of the D.A.'S office to try to rush a suspect to trial when the rest of the case goes cold.

Judge Hunter: Sounds like the only thing cold around here are your feet.

Ric: I just don't think we've performed due diligence, your honor.

Judge Hunter: Tell me, Mr. Lansing, has the evidence against Carly Corinthos changed? Anyone else been implicated?

Ric: No. It's primarily circumstantial, though.

Judge Hunter: If we had an eyewitness for every murder, we wouldn't need brilliant prosecutors like yourself.

Ric: I just don't think we're adequately prepared.

Judge Hunter: Does this have anything to do with Sonny Corinthos? Because if there's a conflict, if you feel the need to rescue yourself from this case because you can't prosecute your brother's wife --

Ric: No, no, your honor, no, no, I -- I'm sorry I dragged you out here.

Judge Hunter: If you want me to request another prosecutor --

Ric: No, I can handle it. I have no problem prosecuting a Corinthos.

Sonny: What?

Ric: I need to speak to you about Carly' case.

Reese: I'll leave the two of you alone.

Ric: I can't get the judge to move on this. There's no way she's going to drop the charges.

Sonny: Do not give me that. You're the district attorney!

Ric: I have done everything --

Sonny: It's your call!

Ric: That I can. I swear. The trial has got to go forward.

Sonny: All right Alexis loses her daughter

Ric: Oh Sonny, come on! For god sakes, Michael’s going through hell! Why do you got to put your daughter through that, too?

Sonny: I'm supposed to feel sorry for Alexis now?

Ric: Children shouldn't be taken away from their mothers, Sonny.

Sonny: Well, what about the mother that Michael’s about to lose because of you?

Ric: That's different. A crime has been committed.

Sonny: It cuts two ways. I mean, you know what? Alexis committed a crime when she took Kristina out of the country. You know she did this to herself. You know that.

[Phone rings]

Ric: Where are you?

Alexis: London. I wanted to surprise you and come home tomorrow. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have left you like that. I miss you.

Ric: Alexis, get to the airport.

Alexis: Well, that's the plan.

Ric: Yeah -- no, I want you to get on a plane, don't pack. Does anybody know that you're there?

Alexis: The hotel, I guess. Why?

Ric: I want you to get to the airport and get on a flight and get home right away. It's the only way that you --

Man: Alexis Davis?

Alexis: Yes, that's me. Oh, god, no. Kristina?

Officer: It's ok, we'll take care of the little girl. Not to worry.

Alexis: No, you won’t. You'll leave her alone. Kristina, it's ok. Mommy's going to take care of this, all right? It's all right.

Officer: You are to be held for kidnapping.

Alexis: That's ridiculous. She's my daughter.

Officer: She's going to be sent home to her father in the states.

Ric: Alexis, don't do anything! Just don't -- don't fight -- don't fight them!

Alexis: Ric, you find some way to stop this.

Ric: You bastard. You called the authorities before I even went to the judge.

Sonny: I didn't have a lot of confidence in you, Ric.

Ric: You know, I would have thought that you had some kind of compassion after you lost your children.

Sonny: Here's the deal, Ric! Alexis will see her daughter again if Carly is found not guilty of all charges.

Ric: How am I supposed to do that?

Sonny: You figure it out.
