"Ric
and I Are Pregnant"
Skye:
I set Faith loose on those kids. I helped her escape from prison.
Ric:
Why?
Skye:
I didn't want to be a fugitive. I didn't kill that detective. I
didn't want to waste my life running, so I cut a deal with her.
She confessed to the murder, and I helped her escape from prison.
Reese:
You must've had an accomplice.
Skye:
No. It was my idea, mine alone. I did it completely by myself.
Justus:
I'm sorry, what'd you say?
Faith:
Don't do this.
Justus:
No, no, no, that wasn't it. What'd you say?
Faith:
Please don't! Michael's alive!
Justus:
Where is he, Faith? Huh?
Faith:
I can't tell you!
Justus:
And why should I believe you?
Faith:
I can't tell you.
Justus:
How do I know I can trust you?
Faith:
Because -- because of who we were, because of who I was. Justus,
I swear -- I swear on our love I did not -- I did not kill Michael
Corinthos!
Justus:
Got it. Thank you.
Faith's
voice: Please don't! Michael's alive!
Justus'
voice: Where is he, Faith? Huh?
Faith's
voice: I can't tell you! I can't tell you.
Justus'
voice: And why should I believe you?
Faith's
voice: Because -- because of who we were, because of who I was.
Justus, I swear -- I swear on our love I did not -- I did not kill
Michael Corinthos!
Justus:
Now all we have to do is find Michael. I'm sure Faith will help
us out.
Faith:
He forced me to talk.
Justus:
You want me to do it again?
Faith:
Tried to smother me with this pillow.
Mac:
Is that true?
Justus:
You want to find Michael or not?
Mac:
I want a clean case. Go out in the hall and cool off. Why don't
you let this be over, Faith? Tell us where Michael is.
Faith:
He's dead.
Skye:
I don't know why Faith requested to share my cell. But I saw it
as a sign, a perfect opportunity, so I took it. I escaped, she confessed
to killing Ross Duncan, and then I paid her a fortune to lie and
I helped her escape.
Ric:
Where'd you get the money from?
Skye:
Trust fund that I cashed out. It was completely untraceable.
Reese:
Why would Faith work with you?
Skye:
What choice did she have?
Reese:
Faith's a major contender in organized crime.
Lorenzo:
Faith murdered the leadership of the five families. Makes sense
that the mob would want to keep her in prison.
Skye:
That's right. Faith had to depend on me.
Reese:
So why would you trust her?
Skye:
I didn't trust Faith, but she was my only chance to remain free.
I just -- I thought she'd disappear. I never imagined --
Lorenzo:
No one did.
Reese:
You knew about this?
Skye:
No. I am responsible, ok? Those kids would be fine if I just waited
out my appeal, if I hadn't arranged for her to escape.
Ric:
You know what? This is a crock.
Skye:
What, you don't believe me?
Ric:
You couldn't have done this alone. You had to have an accomplice,
Skye, and I think I know who it is.
Sonny:
Luke wire-transferred $1 million into one of Faith's accounts last
November. He's willing to give us the number and her records.
Jason:
Ok. That should help.
Sonny:
Luke admitted he broke Faith out of prison. My old friend set that
psycho free to kidnap my children. He couldn't have known, though,
right? He was buying a false confession, you know? That was the
deal to get her out of prison. I mean, he shouldn't be blamed for
what happened after that, right?
Jason:
Do you believe that?
Sonny:
I don't know. Luke and I were friends, you know, up until, well,
we thought Lucky died in a burning building and he blamed me, you
know, of -- do you remember what he said that night?
Jason:
No.
Sonny:
"What's a dead son between friends?"
Jason:
Sonny, Michaels not dead.
Sonny:
Luke knew Faith was crazy. He knew she hated me. He didn't even
warn me. My kids were terrorized, now I got one missing. I mean,
you know, friend or no friend, he should have to pay, you know,
and answer for that.
Jason:
I agree. But we need those records.
Sonny:
I know, I know. But if we don't find Michael, if we don't find my
son -- go get the records and tell Luke that -- thank him for that,
ok?
Skye:
Why would Luke break Faith out of prison?
Ric:
I don't presume to know how Luke Spencer thinks. Maybe he was trying
to help you.
Reese:
I think you know more than you're saying.
Lorenzo:
Really?
Reese:
I reviewed the transcripts of this case. A psychiatrist and his
assistant transferred Faith into a mental institution. She vanished
when she got there. That's how Faith Rosco escaped.
Skye:
Hello. I was the assistant. I paid an actor to impersonate the shrink.
Reese:
Can you give us a name?
Skye:
No.
Ric:
Nice try. The psychiatrist had to be Luke Spencer.
Skye:
Oh, that's ridiculous!
Reese:
Why are you covering for him?
Skye:
Luke would never do anything like that.
Lorenzo:
Well, sometimes it's best to know when to quit.
Reese:
Should I bring in Spencer or do you want to do the honors?
Ric:
Well, I'm not sure --
Skye:
Hey, look -- listen. Do you have any idea what Lukes been
through with Lucky; how difficult his life is at the moment?
Ric:
Why don't you just tell us who your accomplice is and we'll take
it from there?
Skye:
I was acting alone, ok? So you either arrest me or you let me go.
Ric:
How about a third option?
Ric:
Faith, Luke, and Skye were all business partners in a casino called
the Haunted Star.
Reese:
Right, I'm aware.
Ric:
Faith used to launder her money through the casino.
Skye:
Luke and I never had anything to do with that.
Ric:
Her money was funded through the club accounts.
Reese:
So there are records of where the money was transferred?
Ric:
Yes.
Reese:
What can you tell me about Faith's business in the Cayman Islands?
Skye:
A lot of offshore accounts.
Reese:
Ok, I want the records -- the people, the connections, anyone who
was involved with Faith Rosco.
Skye:
All right, I'll give you everything I've got, officer, as long as
Luke stays out of it.
Ric:
Look, I don't think sending them to prison is going to do anybody
any good.
Reese:
All right, here's the deal. If you can give us anything that leads
us to Michael Corinthos, you get a free pass. If not, those aiding
and abetting charges are still pending.
Jax:
Hey.
Alexis:
Hi.
Jax:
How's Kristina?
Alexis:
She's doing really well. I just came to pick up a prescription in
case she needs it.
Jax:
Mm-hmm.
Alexis:
What's up? What do you need?
Jax:
I need a favor. Courtney might be in trouble.
Alexis:
Whatever you need. I'm your friend.
Jax:
Look, Alan thinks that -- you know, he's convinced that she killed
A.J., so she's going to need a lawyer.
Alexis:
She's got one.
Jax:
You sure you have the time?
Alexis:
I want my life to get back to normal. I have a lot to be grateful
for. I've got Kristina back, and I'm having another one.
Jax:
Really?
Alexis:
Yeah, Ric and I are pregnant.
I -- we're both surprised --
Jax:
Well --
Alexis:
Stunned, actually.
Jax:
Congratulations.
Alexis:
Thanks. Before I get started, I want to ask you one thing. Do you
think Courtney killed A.J.?
Jax:
If Courtney did that, we'd both be out of the country by now.
Alexis:
Hi.
Ric:
Hi.
Alexis:
Can you say hi to Ric?
Ric:
Hi, sweetheart.
Alexis:
That's a good girl. You're just the best, do you know that? You
are the best.
Ric:
You want to play with your toy?
Alexis:
Here, sweetie. There you go, and here's your guys. Your guys are
right there. You take anything you want, darling, huh? Any leads
on Michael?
Ric:
Not yet. How is she?
Alexis:
She's fine so far.
Ric:
She say anything else?
Alexis:
Just that Michaels gone.
Ric:
He's got to be somewhere. He can't just disappear. Oh, look at the
time. It's -- I got to get home.
Alexis:
No, you stay here. You work on this. Nothing is more important to
me.
