"We're Going to Find Kristina, and We're Going to Bring Her Home Safe"

Ric: Do not go to the police until I am sure that Alexis is innocent.

Ned: We can't protect Alexis at Kristina or Brook Lynn's expense.

Ric: I understand that, Ned. But, please, I'm begging you, don't go --

Ned: We have to call the police! We need to do everything we can to find this little girl, all right?

Ric: Don't you understand? This could ruin Alexis' life!

Alexis: I know you agree with me. I know you think that it's possible Sam kidnapped that baby, and if she did, you need to go to her and bring Kristina back.

Jason: Alexis, you don't --

[Phone rings]

Sonny: Pick it up.

Jason: Hello?

Sam: Jason? It's sam.

Jason: What's going on?

Sam: Jason, I'm in serious trouble.

Jason: Where are you?

Sam: Look, I made a mess of things and I got in too deep, and I can't get out. I don't --

Jason: Just tell me where you are. I'll come get you.

Sam: Look, it's too late. You can't help me. No one can.

Sonny: Who was it?

Alexis: Was it the kidnapper?

Jason: No.

Ned: If Alexis took kristina, then she also set up Brook Lynn, and that is unforgivable.

Ric: Look, we can find Kristina without going to the police.

Ned: Look, if Alexis is guilty --

Ric: I will talk to Alexis, and I will find out what I can.

Ned: No, that's not good enough.

Ric: Ned, if you go --

Ned: Not good enough.

Ric: Ned, listen to me. If you go to the police and you tell them, and they prove that Alexis took Kristina, then sonny's going to take Kristina away permanently, ok? He's not going to have any change of heart. He's not going to have some kind of compassion. He will cut Alexis out of kristina's life!

Ned: Alexis is very resourceful. I think she can deal with the consequences just fine.

Ric: There's also the possibility that -- that she didn't take her.

Ned: Well, if that's the case, then we really do need to find kristina. Either way, the longer Kristina is missing, the less chance we have of finding her, so we have to call the cops, all right? Brook!

Ric: Ned --

Ned: Brook Llynn? Brook? Hey.

Brook Lynn: Hi.

Ned: Are you ok? Hey, sweetheart. Oh, gosh.

Brook Lynn: Did you hear? Kristina's gone.

Ned: Yeah.

Brook Lynn: I mean, dad, I left her alone for, like, two minutes, I swear. I'm so sorry.

Ned: No, no, no, no. You have nothing to be sorry for. The person who took Kristina is at fault here.

Sonny: That was Sam, wasn't it?

Jason: Yeah.

Alexis: What'd she say?

Jason: That she was in trouble, but she hung up before she told me where she was.

Alexis: That sounds like a confession.

Sonny: Sam took Kristina. She had second thoughts. That's why she called you, and then she panicked.

Alexis: Why would she say that she's in trouble?

Jason: I don't know.

Sonny: Sam hung up the phone. She's in way too deep. She doesn't know what she's doing, Jason.

Jason: All we know is that Sam is upset, and she --

Alexis: Of course she's upset! We all know she's upset. She lost her daughter. Maybe she's so upset that she's trying to replace mine with hers.

Jason: There's no way that Sam would kidnap Kristina.

Sonny: You're in love with Sam, so you refuse to see what's going on, Jason.

Jason: Sonny, the more time we waste accusing sam, the more time the real kidnapper has a chance to get away.

Max: Carly's here with Lorenzo Alcazar. Ahem.

Sonny: What's he doing here?

Carly: Lorenzo came to pick up Diego.

Sonny: Son of a bitch. It was -- you know what? It's staring me right in the face. I didn't even know it.

Carly: What are you talking about?

Sonny: Well, you got the manpower, the money, the expertise to crack my security code.

Lorenzo: I'm only here for my son.

Sonny: Yeah. If you had anything to do with kidnapping my daughter, you're going to pay.

Sonny: Jason said you showed up here when I was out of town.

Lorenzo: Yes. I wanted to open a business negotiation. I didn't bug your new house, and I certainly didn't kidnap your daughter.

Carly: Look, it's true, Sonny. Lorenzo did not take Kristina.

Sonny: Why did you bring him here?

Lorenzo: I came here to pick up my son.

Sonny: Oh, your son -- who called Brook Lynn to get her out of the room when she was supposed to be watching my child?

Lorenzo: Diego is innocent.

Sonny: Yeah. No, no, no, no -- Kristina is innocent, and now she's gone. And if your son had --

Lorenzo: You so much as threaten Diego, and I will kill you.

Alexis: I'm calling the police.

Jason: No.

Alexis: She could be heading out of the country right now.

Jason: She's not.

Alexis: How do you know that? Do you have E.S.P.? Is it wishful thinking?

Jason: Because I know, and you're blaming the wrong person.

Alexis: You don't know that. She's upset. Maybe my daughter is sick and that's why she called. She's having second thoughts because her immune system can't take it. You're putting her at risk!

Jason: Alexis, Sam does not have Kristina.

Alexis: What if you're wrong? See, you don't know that, and your refusal to find out is putting my daughter's life at risk. Now, either you let me call the police or you go find her and you bring my little girl back.

Sam: Could you tell me when the next bus leaves to Manhattan?

Jason: You have no idea what's going on in Sam's head.

Alexis: I know what it's like to make a terrible mistake and to not find any way out, so you just keep digging yourself in deeper and deeper, and you think there's nothing else you can do but run.

Jason: Sam is nothing like you.

Alexis: You had better find her. If you're her friend, she needs your help before she self-destructs.

Carly: This is why I'm here. Because you hate each other too much to see the truth. Look, Lorenzo had nothing to do with Kristina's kidnapping, and neither did his son.

Sonny: Take your kid and get out.

Lorenzo: Let's go. Are you coming?

Carly: No, I'm staying here for a while.

Alexis: Sam called Jason. She's in trouble. And when he asked where she was, she hung up.

Ric: Did she say what kind of trouble?

Jason: No.

Alexis: It seems obvious.

Jason: Yeah, only to you it's obvious.

Alexis: He's protecting her, and he won't let me call the police.

Jason: Yeah, she could have been talking about anything, Alexis. Not that you give a damn. You're looking for somebody to blame!

Alexis: She is distraught. She wants a daughter more than anything, a child. She's told you that. You've been with her through this entire ordeal.

Jason: Sam is innocent.

Alexis: Then why won't you let me call the police? She told you that she feels close to kristina. She told you she's in trouble, and she's in a place that she won't name?

Jason: Sam is not capable of kidnapping Kristina!

Alexis: For God's sake, Jason, she's leaving desperate cries all over the place. That phone call was a desperate cry for help. Now, if you're not going to let me call the police, then please just go find her and bring my daughter back.

Ric: It's District Attorney Lansing. I want to report a kidnapping.

Jason: When have the cops ever helped, Sonny? This is only going to make things worse.

Ric: It's Kristina Davis. Yeah, curly, brown hair. She's 2 years old. Abducted from the home of Sonny Corinthos.

Sonny: Hey, Mac.

Mac: Kristina was abducted hours ago. You just called it in. Any explanation for that?

Sonny: I was waiting for a ransom demand.

Mac: Have you gotten one?

Sonny: Not yet, no.

Alexis: There -- there was a phone call.

Jason: Kristina was last seen in Sonny's bedroom taking a nap on his bed.

Mac: All right, go check it out. Find any forensic evidence you can.

Carly: I'll show you the way.

Steven: Thanks.

Alexis: Jason doesn't want me to tell you there was a phone call.

Jason: Mac, Sonny's security system was shut down, and we found that it was shadow-wired.

Mac: Any idea who did it?

Jason: Yeah, a newer guy --

Alexis: There's absolutely no evidence to suggest that he did that call.

Jason: The guy's been missing since just before Kristina disappeared --

Alexis: There is, however, evidence to suggest that Sam McCall took her. She called Jason, and Jason asked her if she was in trouble. She said yes and she hung up. I believe that Sam McCall may have taken my daughter, and I need you to send out an A.P.B.

Jason: There is no evidence against Sam, Alexis. You're so screwed up, you'd rather accuse her than look for the real kidnapper!

Mac: Look, I want to know when sam called and exactly what she said.

Carly: Footprints?

Steven: Shoeprints, to be exact. Woman's size 6.

Carly: Do they go all the way to the bed?

Steven: Yeah. And -- then around to the mirror.

Steven: Oh. Oh, wow, look at this. Gotcha.

Carly: What'd you find?

Steven: A strand of hair. Could be brook's, or it could be the kidnapper's.

Jason: Sam's call had nothing to do with the kidnapping.

Alexis: And how do you know that? She said she was in trouble and asked for your help.

Mac: All right, then what?

Jason: I asked her where she was, and she hung up.

Alexis: She was obviously panicking, and the coincidence cannot --

Jason: Because she's still dealing with the loss of her baby and the loss of another child, alexis!

Ric: Which could be construed as a motive for kidnapping, Jason.

Jason: Yeah, you would know, Ric.

Ric: What's that supposed to mean?

Jason: Oh, you've done some crazy things to get your hands on Sonny's kids. You kidnapped carly when she was pregnant, you chained her to a wall so you could steal his son.

Ric: None of that is relevant at this point, Jason.

Jason: You married Alexis to get your hands on kristina, right? And when Alexis finally figured out what you were up to, she kicked you out!

Alexis: That is none of your business!

Jason: Yeah, it is, when you start throwing around accusations about Sam.

Alexis: I'm looking at the evidence, which you're refusing to do.

Jason: No, I'm looking at the evidence. Ric has a history of going after Sonny's kids. Maybe he realized when he couldn't get Kristina through you, Alexis, he decided to grab her for himself.

Alexis: First it's one of Sonny's guards, then it's Ric. Who's next, Mac and then Officer Murphy?

Sonny: Enough!

Alexis: He's going to accuse anyone else. Do you realize what is going on here?

Steven: The person who climbed in Sonny's window and broke into his safe wore a size 6 woman's shoe.

Alexis: Sam.

Steven: Well, we won't know until we run a D.N.A. analysis on a long strand of black hair that was found at the scene.

Alexis: A strand of long, black hair? What more confirmation do you need?

Steven: I'll put a rush on the test results.

Carly: I'll see you out.

Alexis: The hair, the shoe -- really, what more do you need? You know, she could be taking her out of town right now. You need to put out an A.P.B. and arrest her now.

Ric: Steven will have the forensics results back soon.

Alexis: I don't know why they're wasting time with the formalities. It seems awfully clear at this point that Sam did it.

Ric: Alexis, look, I know this is hard on you. It's hard on me, too. I love Kristina. But, you know, evidence is crucial. I don't want to rush to judgment. I did that once before, and I couldn't have been more wrong.

Alexis: I can't stand the waiting.

Ric: We'll do everything we can to find Kristina.

Alexis: Thank you for staying here with me.

Ric: Alexis, I'm so sorry that I ever would have suspected that you kidnapped you own daughter.

Alexis: I really wish that you had had more faith in me, but maybe I make that difficult. I don't know. I don't have time to think about that right now. I just want my daughter back.

[Phone rings]

Ric: Lansing. What have you got?

Sonny: Sam has had a double loss, you know? She's been suffering for months. That kind of pain messes with people's heads --

Jason: I know, I know. I know she's in pain, and I know she wants help, Sonny.

Sonny: Maybe -- maybe she saw the opportunity to grab --

Jason: No, she didn't grab Kristina.

Sonny: She didn't think of the consequences, and then she said, "oh, my god!"

Jason: She did not kidnap Kristina!

Sonny: Maybe she had an impulse, and now she regrets it.

Jason: Alexis and Ric can think whatever they want. But, please, stop -- stop reacting out of fear and take a look at the facts. Investigating Sam is a waste of time, sonny!

Sonny: My daughter's been kidnapped! I got to look at every opportunity, Jason! I have to! So do you.

Jason: Yeah, the cops are going to be out looking for Sam, and the real kidnapper is going to get away. Is that right?

Alexis: Sam is the real kidnapper.

Ric: I just received a call from forensics. They analyzed the hair found next to Sonny's bed and compared it with a hair found in Sam's hairbrush at Kelly's. It's a perfect match, Jason. Jason, where are you going?

Sonny: Let him go, let him go! Let him go.

Alexis: What, so he can help her get away?

Ric: All right, there's -- there's an A.P.B. Out on sam. They've set up roadblocks. They'll bring her in soon.

Alexis: If Jason hadn't wasted so much time, this whole thing would be over.

Sonny: He knows he was mistaken. He's going to go get her.

Alexis: Or help her get away.

Sonny: He knows where sam would run, and he's going to get her and bring back Kristina.

Alexis: You know something? I don't necessarily trust that Jason is going to --

Ric: Alexis, I'm the last person to defend Jason, but, believe me, I don't think that he would help Sam plan a kidnapping.

Sonny: At least we know Sam's not going to hurt Kristina, right? She's out of her mind with grief, but she doesn't have it in her to hurt a little girl.

Alexis: Where is she?

Sonny: I don't know. Someplace safe.

Alexis: Safe? Kristina doesn't know Sam. She's probably terrified. She's someplace where she doesn't know, and she's scared and she's homesick.

Sonny: We're going to find Kristina, and we're going to bring her home safe.

P.A. Announcer: The bus for grand central station, New York City, is boarding. Departure in 15 minutes.

Jason: No, no, Sam, Sam! Don't worry, I'll fix it.

Sam: You can't help, Jason. It's too late.

Jason: No, it's not too late. You don't have to run away. Just tell me what happened, ok? Just --

Ofc. Murphy: On your knees! On your knees! On your knees! Down! Down! Down! Face-down, face-down.

Jason: You're making a mistake!

Ofc. Murphy: Hands behind your back. Samantha McCall, you're under arrest for the kidnapping of Kristina Corinthos Davis.

Jason: She didn't do it!

Ofc. Murphy: Where's the child?
