"Where
Did You Find Angel Bear?"
Alexis:
I'm not trying to be argumentative.
Carly:
Since when?
Alexis:
I would like our daughter to have a loving and a healthy relationship
with you, but that takes time. At this point, she barely knows you.
You're this nice man that she sees once in a while that suddenly
she's calling "daddy." Give her a minute to discover what
that means. It's going to take some time.
Sonny:
You know what? You can think that if it's going to make you feel
better but, you know, the time issue doesn't bother me because I
bought this property for one reason. I didn't want Kristinas
mother to have to worry about her when, you know, she's going to
be spending a lot of time with her dad.
Man:
It's ok, Kristina. You can come with me. I'm taking you to meet
a friend.
Alexis:
I don't object to Kristina coming here for a visit -- much. Bombarding
her with presents is a problem for me. There needs to be some boundaries,
some limits, maybe some agreements between the two of us.
Sonny:
Like what?
Alexis:
Ok, how about presents on birthdays, Christmas? Easter baskets on
Easter? Costumes on Halloween?
Sonny:
You want me to feed her bread and water, too, or --
Alexis:
Bombarding her with presents every time she crosses your threshold
isn't fair because it's desensitizing her. It takes the "special"
out of special occasions.
Sonny:
That's good.
Carly:
It also makes Kristina look forward to seeing Sonny. Isn't that
what you really object to?
Alexis:
I don't expect you to understand at all what Im trying to
say. I mean, you have no problem with him overindulging your children.
Obviously, we have different ideas on parenting.
Carly:
Yeah, obviously, we do.
Max:
Here you go.
Carly:
Hey!
Michael:
We -- you should've seen us. Kristina and --
Carly:
Hey!
Michael:
We totally ambushed Max.
Alexis:
Where did she -- where did you find Angel
Bear? This bear's been missing for weeks! Hey.
Alexis:
Did -- did Ric have Angel Bear when he dropped her off, do you know?
Carly:
I don't know. He had an overnight bag. Maybe it was in there. It
was full of toys. What's -- what's the deal with Angel Bear?
Alexis:
This was her favorite stuffed animal when she was in the hospital,
right? So when we got home, it disappeared. We thought Viola had
taken it and had lost it during one of her outings, but apparently
not.
Michael:
When we went outside, she didn't have it.
Alexis:
Hey, Michael, when you go outside, you ask permission, sweetie,
don't you?
Carly:
Does Michael have to ask permission to go with his sister and play
in their backyard?
Alexis:
Oh, "yard" is a euphemism. It's more like a city park,
I think.
Carly:
Well, it's walled, gated, and guarded.
Alexis:
Well, there's a pool --
Sonny:
Covered and fenced.
Alexis:
Oh, guys, come on. I'm just making a simple request. He's only 9
years old. He's not old enough to supervise her. I'm just asking
that when she goes outside that -- that there's supervision.
Max:
Um -- hi there, Ms. Davis.
Alexis:
Yeah, well -- hey, your nose is running, pumpkin.
Sonny:
She's got a little cold, Alexis. I mean, it's not a big deal, you
know?
Alexis:
It is a big deal, since she had a transplant a month and a half
ago. Probably is nothing, but how about we go get Dr. Webber to
take a quick look at it, ok? Can you say "bye-bye" to
everybody?
Kristina:
Bye-bye.
Sonny:
Bye-bye. Bye-bye.
Alexis:
See you later. We'll see them later.
Carly:
Good night.
Michael:
Goodbye. Bye, Kristina.
Alexis:
Bye-bye. Thanks.
Sonny:
Yeah.
Alexis:
Thank you.
Carly:
Oh -- for Petes sake. That woman is nuts.
Michael:
I'm sorry for getting Kristina sick.
Carly:
You did not get Kristina sick. Her nose is running because it's
cold outside, sweetie.
Sonny:
You know what? Alexis is a little overprotective, buddy, because
Kristina was sick. But we're trying to keep the peace with her,
so you need to understand something.
Michael:
What?
Sonny:
Whenever -- whenever you take your little sister outside, you need
to let someone know.
Michael:
Ok.
Sonny:
Ok?
Carly:
So, what did you think of the grounds?
Michael:
Awesome!
Carly:
Yeah? And that tree house?
Michael:
Even better.
Carly:
Mm-hmm. And how are you liking your new bedroom?
Michael:
The best.
Carly:
Really? Because I decorated it.
Michael:
You did?
Carly:
I did, and I picked out things especially for you.
Michael:
Did you choose anything for you?
Carly:
Uh -- well, sweetie, there's no reason. I'm not going to be living
here.
Michael:
You could instead of the apartment. We could all move here and be
a family.
Alexis:
Kristina, do you want ice cream or chocolate cake? Uppy. Ok. There
you go, sweetie. Ok.
Alexis:
Want to take a sip, sweetie? Go ahead. Go ahead, you can have some.
[Phone
rings]
Alexis:
Good girl. Ok, you drink it. Mommy get the phone, ok? There you
go. Hello? Hi, Ric. No, honestly, I don't think that's a good idea
quite yet. She still misses you. I know. Listen, by the way, where
did you find Angel Bear? That's strange. No, because she had it
with her when I went to pick her up at Sonny's, and he swore that
he didn't buy her a new one.
Sam:
Hey. Hi. Look at those rosy cheeks. Do you know that you're all
well because of my little girl?
