"What's Happening to Me?"

Cameron: I've heard a lot about you, Kristina. It's nice to finally meet you.

Alexis: (Looking at him like he's crazy) What is wrong with you? Why are you calling me by my sister's name?

Cameron: Alexis?

Alexis: That's my name, Cameron. Why are you calling me Kristina?

Cameron: You don't know?

Cameron lifts a lot of the red wig so that Alexis can see it. She freezes and stares at it until he lets it go.

Alexis: What's happening to me?

Alexis holds the wig in her hand and stares at it.

Alexis: I -- I don't remember buying this.

Cameron: It's like Kristina's hair, isn't it?

She looks around nervously and confused.

Alexis: What am I doing?

Cameron: Let's start with what we know and we'll work from there. What's the last thing you remember?

Alexis continues to stare off straight ahead without looking at Cameron.

Alexis: I was at Kelly's with you.

Cameron: You don't remember coming here?

Alexis: No.

Cameron: What about Kelly's? What happened there?

Alexis: I was at Kelly's and we were having tea. We were talking.

Cameron: And then Ned and Faith came in?

Alexis: (Finally looking up at him) They did?

Cameron: You really don't remember? You were very upset.

Alexis: Why?

Cameron: Well, you seemed jealous and betrayed. You really laid into them. It was quite a scene.

Alexis: I don't remember.

Cameron: You really have no recollection of seeing them there or what you said to them?

Alexis: I remember being at Kelly's, and then you called my name. I don't remember how I got from point a to point B.

Cameron: Alexis, I'm going to take you to the hospital to run some tests, including an M.R.I. to rule out any physical cause.

Alexis: (With a panicked look) Why? What's wrong with me? What, do I have a brain tumor?

Cameron: No, I just want to look at all the possibilities before I make a diagnosis.

She grabs her bag off of the bench.

Alexis: Whatever it takes.

They walk up the stairs.

Alexis and Cameron are walking by the nurses' station at the hospital.

Alexis: When do we get the test results back?

Cameron: Soon. I put a rush on everything. But, Alexis, there's very little chance that your behavior is the result of a physical anomaly.

Alexis: Well, then what? How -- how do you know that? Are my symptoms consistent with a tumor of some kind?

Cameron: We need to look at other possibilities.

Alexis: Like what?

Cameron: Do you have any memory of any sort of violent trauma sustained as a child?

Alexis: (Defensively) No, no. We're not doing that.

Cameron: What?

Alexis: We're not doing that. We're not -- we're not going to go back into my childhood and then say that this is the result of some sort of psychosis. I'm telling you that this is physical.

Cameron: Well, I beg to disagree. Your symptoms are consistent with what's called Dissociative Identity Disorder.

Alexis: (Chuckling nervously) Multiple personalities.

Cameron: If you prefer.

Alexis: Well, that's just absurd.

Cameron: Why?

Alexis: Because I'm in control of my behavior because I have a very strong mind, and I'm telling you there is something physically wrong with me.

Cameron: Well, I won't make a final diagnosis until the test results are in. Important thing is we've identified a problem, and whatever it is --

Alexis: Whatever it is, we can treat it.

Cameron: That's right. So relax. You're not in this alone, Alexis.

Alexis is in the hospital lounge going over some legal documents when Skye approaches her.

Skye: Alexis.

Alexis: Oh, Skye. Thank you for coming to the hospital. I appreciate it.

Skye: Oh, it's the least I can do. I know you want to be with your baby, being a new mother and all. I'm just really appreciative of the fact that you want to represent me.

Alexis: Our differences aside, I think you have the right to competent representation and I want to help you. Not to mention that Jax asked me a favor, and when he does that, I go out of my way to deliver.

Skye: Yeah. I feel very blessed that he wants to help, especially after everything that we've been through.

Alexis: Please sit down. (They sit on the couch) I'm going to go over the transcripts of your testimony at Brenda and Jason's trial. If you said anything that was misleading or untrue, we need to address it now before the D.A.'s office can use it against you.

Skye: Maybe it won't even matter.

Alexis: Believe me, Scott will make it matter.

Skye: Jax is determined to find the real killer. I gave a description of the woman I saw running from alcazar's suite. Maybe they'll locate her before this case against me goes any further.

Alexis: Well, we'll hope for the best. (Points to Dr. Navarro) Listen, that's my daughter's doctor. Will you do me a favor and look this over, and I'll be right back.

Skye: Oh, sure. Yeah.

Alexis walks over to the doctor and Skye watches her go.

Suddenly images from the night of the murder flash in her mind. She remembers the woman as she looks at Alexis.

A flash of recognition crosses her face.

She suddenly remembers that it was Alexis in Alcazar's room that night.

Skye is stunned and speaks to herself.

Skye: You?
