"Whoever Did That Should Be Praised, Not Prosecuted"

Cameron is at Kelly's putting on his coat and getting ready to leave when Ned walks in and passes by him on the way to the counter.

Ned: (Passing by Cameron) Excuse me.

Cameron: Sorry, Ned.

Elizabeth is at the counter.

Elizabeth: Hi.

Ned: Hi.

Elizabeth: I can see you're in a hurry, so I'll tell you the specials --

Ned: Has a redhead been here tonight?

Elizabeth: A what?

Ned: A woman with red hair. She was wearing a suede jacket, fringe, brown boots. (Cameron's attention is peaked) Has she been here?

Elizabeth: I don't think so, but we have been kind of busy.

Ned sighs and pauses.

Cameron: Ned? (Ned turns around) I couldn't help overhearing. Did you say something about a redhead?

Ned: (Hopefully) Did you see her?

Cameron: Not in here.

Ned: But you've seen her around town?

Cameron: What did she look like again?

Ned pulls his wallet out of his jacket.

Ned: Strangely enough, she looked an awful lot like this.

He opens the wallet to reveal a picture of Kristina

Just then we see Alexis peering into Kelly's window from outside.

Alexis still looks at Cameron and Ned through the window. Ned puts his wallet back in his pocket.

Cameron: She must've been an extraordinary woman.

Ned: Yes, she was. And I could've sworn it was her.

Cameron: We could all use some sleep.

Ned: Yeah. Yeah, of course. That's got to be it.

Ned steps away and walks out of Kelly's. As soon as he's a safe distance away, Alexis comes around the corner and goes inside Kelly's.

She marches right past Cameron's without giving him a glimpse. She sets her purse on the counter and crosses her arms in front of her waiting for Elizabeth. Cameron notices her and steps up behind her.

Cameron: You all right?

Alexis: I have nothing to say to you.

Cameron: Sorry about the scene with Zander.

She turns around and looks at him smugly.

Alexis: I don't see Zander as the problem.

Cameron: I understand that you did a lot for him.

Alexis: I did what I could, given that he was using Sonny Corinthos as a father figure.

Cameron: Well, thanks for looking out for him.

Alexis: What do you want?

Cameron: I'm a little concerned about Ned.

Alexis: I love this. Your son is in serious trouble -- even I heard about the overdose and the restraints -- and you want to talk about my old boyfriend?

Cameron: Ned believed that he saw your sister, Kristina.

Scotty and Taggert get Skye to record a voice statement similar to one the mystery woman called in. They tell her she sounds an awful lot like the murderess.

Cameron: Why would Ned think that he saw Kristina on the docks?

Alexis: You'll do absolutely anything not to discuss your son, won't you?

Cameron: Pretty much.

Alexis: Did you know that Zander got beat up so badly by Jason Morgan that he had to be taken to the hospital?

Cameron: No, I wasn't aware of that.

Alexis: See, that's what I think, that you should become more aware of your own family. That way you can leave my family alone.

Cameron: I can't help Alexander.

Alexis: Meaning you can help me?

Cameron: You take my mind off my own life. (She snickers) All my patients do. Why do you think I went into psychiatry?

Alexis: Oh, so, now I'm your patient? Is that right?

Cameron: No, not at all, but we have both lost close family members.

Alexis: You aren't going to say, "I feel your pain," are you?

Cameron: You know, I used to see my son Pete after he died. Once I saw him in a video store with a bunch of college kids. Or I'd catch a glimpse of him in this pizza place we used to go.

Alexis: Ned is undoubtedly still grieving for Kristina. But it still has nothing to do with me.

Cameron: Everybody grieves in their own way -- work, alcohol, drugs.

Alexis: Zander chooses drugs, in case you were interested.

Cameron: Can we just agree that I'm a bad father and move on?

Alexis: Zander knows what it's like to lose a sibling, and so do I.

Cameron: Zander admired his brother.

Alexis: I admired my sister.

Cameron: You ever find yourself trying to be like her?

Alexis: (A little stunned) No.

Cameron: Maybe dress in her style without knowing it?

Alexis: Why on earth would you ask me something like that?

Cameron: It's those wind chimes you don't remember buying.

Alexis: (Turning defensive) When did this get to be about me?

A maid lets Skye into Alcazar's suite. She quickly shuts the door behind her and looks around the room.

She slowly walks across the room with her hand to her mouth thinking. She open the bedroom door and begins to remember the night of the murder.

She remembers a knock at the door as she and Luis lie in the bed.

She remembers getting up from the bed.

She remembers seeing Brenda run into the room screaming and trying to stab Alcazar.

She turns away from the bedroom door and starts to think again.

Skye: All right, something -- something else happened that night. Now just remember it, you idiot. Think.

She strains hard to remember.

She remembers seeing a woman emerge from wind-blown curtains in front of the balcony.

The woman is wearing a long dark coat and immediately walks to the door and out of the hotel room.

Skye: Oh, my God. Someone else was here that night.

Skye tries to call Jax on the phone but he doesn't answer.

Skye walks into the room from the balcony and heads for the door. She back up against it and tries to calm herself down.

Skye: All right, all right, think. She was here, (points in front of her) and I was there (points to bedroom door). Oh, come on, think of her face. What did she look like? Come on, think.

She walks away from the door and walks across the room trying to remember. The door opens and in walk Scott and Taggert.

Scott: Hey, you're under arrest.

Skye: No!

Scott: That's right. That tape gave us a warrant. We've been following you since you left the police station.

Skye: Look, I didn't do it. I'm absolutely sure. There was somebody else in this room. I can almost remember.

Taggert: What do you remember?

Skye: I remember a woman in this room! I can -- I can practically see her face.

Scott: Really? Well, tell it to the judge. Come on, let's go put her on ice.

Scott grabs her arm and tries to pull her.

Skye: No, get away from me!

Scott: Taggert, come here. Arrest her. Do your job.

Taggert: What, you need my help? Earlier you were the big-time D.A. You could do everything yourself.

Scott steps toward Taggert and lets go of Skye's arm. She makes a break for it.

Scott: I'm not going to stand here and sweet-talk her. (Scott sees her run) What the hell -- hey!

Skye runs out on to the balcony and crawls up on the railing.

Scott: No, don't --

Skye: Get away from me! Get away from me, or I swear -- I swear I will jump!

Cameron: It's possible to get lost in grief.

Alexis: Meaning? (Plays with a napkin in front of her)

Cameron: It swallows you up, changes your life.

Alexis: You see your son on the interstate, I visit my sister once a month. I still to this day wish desperately that my sister never walked into that warehouse. And I am grateful every day to whoever it was that had the courage to execute Alcazar. Whoever did that should be praised, not prosecuted.

Cameron's phone rings.

Cameron: Excuse me. (He answers it) Cameron. (He listens and turns serious) I'm leaving now. (Hangs up)

Alexis: What happened?

Cameron: Ahem. (Stands up and grabs his coat) Skye Quartermaine is on Alcazar's terrace. She's threatening to jump.

Cameron walks out.

Alexis sighs a big sigh and sits there a little panicked.

Alexis comes off the elevator at the hotel just at Jax arrives from another direction.

Alexis: Are you all right?

Jax: Come on.

They race into the room.

Alexis: What happened?

Scott: Hey, was it on the news, and was my name mentioned? (Grins)

Alexis: I was with Cameron when he found out. Is she out there?

Taggert: Yeah.

(Camera switches to the balcony where Cameron is talking calmly to Skye who is still clinging to the wall and standing on the railing.)

Cameron: Snow's pretty from up here.

Skye: Go away.

Jax walks out onto the balcony.

Cameron: There's a blizzard in the mountains.

She sees Jax.

Skye: Jax!

Cameron turns around and sees him. He steps away as Jax walks up to her.

Jax: You must be freezing.

Skye: I knew you'd come.
