"A Little Violence, a Little Dancing, a Little Cards"

Alexis: Would you like to tell me what's really going on?

Sonny: A.J. And courtney made their choice. So have I.

Alexis: You're prepared to live with that?

Sonny: I'm prepared to live with however this turns out.

A.J.: Listen, I just wanted to say I really appreciate your heroic efforts to be with us on this special occasion, and as much as i have enjoyed your company, I hope I'm not being rude by announcing that it's time for us to cut the cake, make our final toasts, and say good-bye.

A.J.: My new bride and I would really like to be alone.

Courtney: Sonny, it's beautiful. How did you do this?

Sonny: What matters is you like it.

Courtney: Thank you.

A.J.: Ok, hey, let's cut the cake.

Courtney: Oh, wait, we should get some pictures of the reception. Hold on.

Sonny: All right.

Courtney: Would you?

Ned: Yeah, sure. Ok, ready, Junior?

A.J.: Mm-hmm. Ok. All right, here. How about something like this? All right.

Skye: How wonderfully cliche. How sickening.

Jax: Don't worry, the worst is almost over.

Skye: Oh, I have a feeling the worst is just about to begin. This is a recipe for disaster. I can tell by the tightness in my throat.

Jax: Well, let me get you a drink. You can wash that cake down with it.

A.J.: This is good. All right, how many do we have?

Courtney: One, two, three, four, seven -- one more.

A.J.: All right, Ii'm going to take this over to Skye. I'll be right back. This ought to take the sour look off your face.

Skye: Excuse me, what is that that I smell on your breath?

A.J.: What? Skye, I just got married. Ok, now, I admit I didn't get my son back, but, hey, I got a beautiful bride who adores me, so all is not a loss, you know?

Skye: No, I have been a drunk for far too long not to tell that that is booze on your breath. What are you doing?

A.J.: I am celebrating.

Skye: No, you're acting like a drunk. What, Sonny didn't destroy you, now you want to finish the job yourself? Is that it?

A.J.: You know, I'm really sorry that you're not on my side anymore.

Skye: Hey, I am on your side at this moment more than anybody else ever will be.

Jax: May I have your attention, please? While I am, in fact, not related to either the bride or the groom, I would like to take this opportunity to wish them both well. So if we could all raise our glasses. Speaking from experience, I can say that you can find love in the most unlikely places. Sometimes what starts out as a game or as fun can blossom into something so much more. I certainly hope it will be that way for A.J. And courtney. I also hope that A.J. Will make sure that all of courtney's wishes come true. To A.J. and Courtney.

Jax: Now, like all good guests, we should know when to leave.

Alexis: Are you sure you're all right with this?

Sonny: Mm-hmm.

Jax: Well, congratulations. You're a beautiful looking bride.

Courtney: Thank you. I'm glad that you guys could be here. I mean that. And if I didn't appreciate it before, I do now.

Jax: Sure.

Skye: Hey, I love you. And I hope that you and A.J. will be very happy.

Jax: Well, let's go.

Ned: A.J. --

A.J.: What?

Ned: I have no idea what you plan to do next, but you have a beautiful bride over there who's obviously in love with you, and I'm thinking this is your chance to do something right. So don't blow it. Welcome to the family.

Courtney: Thank you.

A.J.: Well, thank you for -- ahem -- joining us in this celebration.

Alexis: I wish you all the happiness, Courtney.

Sonny: You know what? This really is the best outcome for all of us. Come on.

Courtney: Well, we did it. We're married.

A.J.: Yeah. Congratulations, Mrs. Quartermaine.

Courtney: Why don't I go get out of this dress, and we can get back to our honeymoon.

A.J.: Yeah.

A.J.: Well, to a great plan that almost succeeded.

Sonny: They're changing a minor part on the plane. It's going to take about an hour.

Alexis: Of course it is. This trip has been a disaster from start to finish.

Sonny: Yeah, well, you know, the worst has happened. Once you know it, you just got to deal with it. It's like -- it's almost like a relief. Do you want to play cards?

Alexis: A little violence, a little dancing, a little cards.

Sonny: You know, the last time we went to the Caribbean, I promised that we would play five-card stud, and we never got a chance to play. You want to play now?

Alexis: I don't want to play cards. I want to know what's going on with you.

Sonny: I told you, the worst is over. There's no point in dwelling on it. I'd rather beat you at cards.

Alexis: So you're ok?

Sonny: Yeah, I'm all right. You know, I know exactly what I've got to do. Ok, let's see what we got here. You ready?

[Music plays]

Alexis: You cheat.
