Act I
Mary and Nikolas board Lorenzo's private jet. He tells her he wants her to get accustomed to traveling in style. She tells him that they don't have to go to Mexico this way.

Emily and Lucky joke about how Nikolas would hate traveling in the econo section like they're doing at this moment.

Sonny tells Sam how he doesn't know how he's going to get used to living across the hall from someone that he loves without being able to tell them that, or be a part of their lives. (Yep, I recapped it like that on purpose).

Luke tells Alexis to massage the truth and get him the hell out of there. She tells him it'll be hard. She asks Ric to get this over with now; he accuses her of wanting to spend time with him.

Michael asks why Jason made a baby with Sam. Carly has to think about it.

Courtney tells Jason she's glad he told her the truth himself.

Jax tells Tracy the engagement's off. She doesn't know why he's hooked up with a "lightweight" like Courtney.

Act II
Tracy tells Jax she doesn't understand why he's with someone as generic as Courtney -- there are a bevy of women like her on any California beach. He says that he's over his whole "let's save the damsel in distress" thing he used to do -- and that being with Courtney will get under Jason and Sonny's skin.

Jason tells Courtney he wants to explain about Sam. She's not angry, but she just doesn't want to have to listen to it. She asks if he was with Sam to protect Sonny and Carly and he admits it started out that way.

Sonny tells Sam that he wants to be part of her life. She says there is no room for such wishes.

Carly sucks back her drink and walks across the hall. She almost knocks, but then she doesn't. She leaves the hall instead.

Luke wants Skye to help him escape but she says no. Alexis returns and tells them that the hearing is set for tonight.

Act III
Lucky tells Emily how worried he is about his parents. She reassures him.

Nikolas and Mary drink really expensive champagne. He spies the caviar and tells her it's from the Baltic Sea. He begins to go on and on about it and then wonders where that information came from.

Sonny and Sam realize it's better for him to stay with Carly.

Jason spins it so it looks like he slept with Sam for the same reason Carly originally slept with Sonny -- to prove to the other man what a tramp she was. Unfortunately Sam -- and Carly -- both got pregnant. Courtney is sad. Jason leaves. Courtney calls somebody.

Act IV
Nik wonders how he knows about the Baltic Sea. Mary stumbles over how to answer him. "The brain's a mysterious thing," she says and distracts him with more champagne -- and some lovin'.

Jason returns home and tells Sam that Courtney took the news well.

Jax meets Courtney at the gazebo where she tells him that Jason fathered Sam's baby. Jax says Jason's a fool for messing with trash like Sam when he had someone like her at home.

Sonny returns to the penthouse and takes a drink. Carly comes downstairs and says Michael is faking sleeping -- he's got a flashlight happening under his sheets where he's reading. Sonny says he'll go check on him later but Carly says she doesn't want to discourage him from reading. She says in a perfect world Sam will give Jason the baby and then leave them all alone.

Act V
Alexis apologizes to Luke because he didn't make bail. He tells her that's OK. Skye passes by with a bouquet of flowers -- and a wrench.

Carly sucks back another drink -- I swear, it's like "Days Of Wine & Roses" with these two lately -- and asks Sonny if he thinks Jason betrayed him. Sonny says no and that he's very grateful to Jason.

Jax goes on and on about what a jerk Jason is. Courtney doesn't wish to listen to it.

On vacation, Mary and Nikolas are led into their ocean-view room. Meanwhile, Emily and Lucky are taken to Emily's room which is coincidentally right beside Nik & Mary's room. They share a dining area, you see.

Act VI
Jax can't believe Courtney's still making excuses for Jason's cheap round of mattress tag with slutty Sam. She says that Jax doesn't know how it is. Jax tells her that she's the one with her head in the sand.

Veering into "Leaving Las Vegas" territory, Sonny takes yet ANOTHER alcoholic drink. Gathering his courage, he tells Carly he thinks they should go away as a family together.

Jason outlines the way things are going to be for Sam. He points out the drawer (which I assume has since replaced the martini shaker) where he keeps piles of money. He then tells her that they will be getting married next Thursday.

Mary tells Nik she's glad they came on vacation. Lucky says the same to Emily who says it back to him. Emily heads out onto her balcony; Nikolas does the same. Neither one knows the other is there.

Skye and Luke pretend he's taken her hostage after knocking out a cop. Alexis and Ric roll their eyes and Ric puts out an APB on Skye and Luke.
