Act I
Luke is shocked by Ric's seeming stupidity in trying to pin Ross's murder on him.

In the park someone is about to attack Skye. Lucky screams for them to stop.

On the plane Jax almost kisses Courtney but she pulls back and laughs at him instead.

Lorenzo runs into Carly on the elevator at the hospital. She tells him that Sam's baby isn't Sonny's.

Sam asks Sonny if he ever wanted to lay claim to this child. He says he can't break up his family for her. Jason says that she's always said she wants to do what was best for Sonny's family -- this is her chance to prove it.

Mary doesn't know what to do. Nik suggests she call Lorenzo if he doesn't want to take him to the hospital.

Act II
Helena can't believe she's been stuck at the PCPD this long. She tells Luke he'll have fun in prison, and then bids adieu to him and Ric. Skye shows up, cuffed, and Luke quickly changes his tune and says he is guilty of killing Ross.

Lorenzo tells Carly if being with Sonny is what she wants, he's not going to stand in her way.

Courtney tells Jax that his eyes are an interesting color; he's quite a catch and he's almost as charming as he seems to believe but she will not be flinging in Monte Carlo with him -- or ever. He seems to believe he can change her mind.

Sam tells Jason she thought he had a mystic reputation for never lying. He says he's lied before for Michael and he'll do it again. She gently suggests perhaps they ought not to arrange their lives around the wishes of a seven-year old but Jason maintains how important it is that the littlest mobster gets his very own way. Carly shows up in the room and says the men don't have to explain -- she knows precisely what's going on.

Act III
Sam tells Carly she doesn't need anyone to provide for her -- she can provide for herself. Carly says that's the first honest thing she's said. Sonny leads Carly out of the room.

Alone with Sam, Jason says that he wants to stick to their original plan.

Carly tells Sonny she doesn't know why he's got Jason babysitting Sam. Sonny wants to just go home. Lorenzo watches them exit. His phone rings -- it's Mary telling him that Connor's been shot.

Skye and Luke both confess and Ric, frustrated, tells them that he's going to have to charge both of them if the real killer doesn't surface. Lucky (who quit the force last week just before heading to Emily's to check out the shooting, and then to the park to bear witness to Skye's altercation) and Luke listen in horror as Skye tells Ric that Laura killed Ross.

Act IV
Courtney and Jax get to the casino. Courtney is mistaken for Jax' girlfriend by a tall blonde. She corrects her, then heads to the blackjack table.

Sam and Jason chat it up in the park where he tells her she can't give up Sonny's baby for adoption.

Lorenzo shows up with a doctor. He takes Mary aside and tells her that he'll transfer Nik to a private clinic if need be.

Skye tells Ric why she thinks Laura did it. Ric admits blonde hairs were found at Luke's club and Skye's lakehouse. Luke says that's still not proof it was Laura.

Sonny and Carly return home. Michael surprises them with an oversized school project all about the wonderfulness of Port Charles' first mob family. He won first place, you see. He maintains it's because he has the best family in the whole wide world. Carly and Sonny smile knowingly.

Act V
In the park, Sam and Jason construct an elaborate explanation as to how she came to be carrying his child. She tells him she hasn't agreed to it -- they're still just hammering out the possibility now.

In Monte Carlo, Courtney tell Jax to start winning right away. Daphanie comes out to the terrace and tells Courtney that she's sorry she made the assumption that she was dating Jax. Courtney says she finds him very resistable. Daph tells her that by all means, if that's true, when he makes her a wager, she should turn him down.

Michael explains to his family how he came to win the art prize. Carly tries to feed the kid ice cream in a gigantic close-up. The camera pans away really quickly when it becomes apparent he'd rather not lick Carly's finger. Mike thanks Sonny for the invitation. Bobbie and Carly discuss Lucas being away at his school, and her nursing convention. Michael again reiterates how awesome his family is.

Act VI
Ric says that the hair sample is a DNA match for Laura and that right now she's the prime suspect. Luke asks if this means she's to be considered armed & dangerous and Ric admits it does.

Mary wants Lorenzo to let Connor go. Lorenzo pays off the doctor but doesn't want to fire Connor.

Carly and Sonny clean up after the big party. Sonny tells her she's a good mother. She says he never answered her from before when she asked if he was disappointed the baby Sam's carrying isn't his. Before he can answer Jason calls him to tell him that Sam's boat is missing.

Jax bets Courtney ten million bucks that he can seduce her in three months. She takes the bet and they seal it with a kiss.
