Act I
Sonny offers to cook for Carly; she says he doesn't have to. She tells him once upon a time he dragged her into this house kicking & screaming. They should've left things that way.

Mac pushes the door shut around Dillon's neck. Dillon says he loves Georgie; Mac wants him gone. Georgie, Felicia and Maxie implore Mac to release Dillon.

Sam tells Jason he doesn't know what's going on with her. He says he knows precisely how things are because he didn't know about his child until it was too late and Courtney had lost it.

Tracy and Jax argue. Edward shows up and joins in.

Act II
Mary tells Nik that he had to do summer school because he failed Spanish. She leaves to go to the hospital. Lorenzo shows up and speaks Spanish on the phone. Nik speaks Spanish back to him and is surprised he can do it, being his wife said he was so bad at it.

Emily invites Mary over to meet the folks.

Edward tells off Jax; Jax leaves. Edward and Tracy discuss stuff.

Carly and Sonny agree to take Michael to the park. Carly asks if it'll be hard for Sonny to break his plans with Sam and Sonny says it's fine.

Jason says if Courtney would've told him about the baby, it would be here right now.

Courtney's lawyer (and newfound fashion consultant) tells her that her outfit (probably from the discount rack at Target) is classy and makes her look like Jennifer Aniston meets Charlize Theron. The reporter shows up and asks Courtney if her stripper past made her more sensitive to the needs of underpriviledged children. She then goes on to suggest the foundation is a front for the mob.

Act III
Sonny calls Sam to cancel their date. After she hangs up Jason accuses her of stalling and says that if she doesn't tell Sonny, he will.

Mary returns to the church to find Nik deep in Spanish conversation with Lorenzo. She meets Lorenzo and he eyes her warily.

Emily tells Lucky she needs him to serve as distraction for her at this engagement party by being her date.

Felicia tells Dillon & Georgie that they can see each other as long as they know where they are at all times. She then invites Dillon to stay for dinner.

Act IV
Dillon tells Georgie he oughta go to this engagement party but he wants to have dinner first. Dinner is brought in. Felicia asks Dillon to say grace. He panicks - "do people actually still do that?" he queries.

Mary explains to Nikolas that all kinds of unexpected things happen when people wake up from comas. He wants to see a specialist, using the money he'll make from going to South America to do what Mr. Alcazar wants. She says he will get arrested before he leaves the country.

Carly says it's good that Sonny's got Sam around because it'll keep them from doing something stupid like falling back into bed together. They shake on it. No, really. They do!

Act V
At the Qs a bunch of people who have nothing in common show up for the engagement party. We see Tracy, Jax, Lorenzo, Sage, Mary, Emily, Alan and Skye, among others.

The Scorpios have a normal family dinner. Looking for a way to edge in with a clever anecdoate Dillon mentions c-cktail hour at the Qs. He doesn't even get a laugh out of anyone for that joke.

Carly and Sonny and Michael enter a gazebo in the park after getting caught in the rain. They look like the proverbial happy family when Sam shows up and sees them.

Jason comes to see Courtney at her office and suggests she call Carly tonight as the termagent will need a friend.

Act VI
Nikolas reads in Latin and realizes he knows Latin. He has a flashback of his first communion.

Emily phones Sam and says that she will bring her mondo-huge bottle of vitamins over later. Reminds me of those vitamins that dropped out of Alexis' purse at the hospital. Suddenly, the pills roll out of Emily's purse and into Jax' path. He picks them up and says "Sam's pregnant?"

In the park Carly spots Sam. Sam turns to leave in the pouring rain (Brenda, anyone? ) but Carly tells her to wait as Sonny looks on.

Tracy introduces Lorenzo to "Nancy". He corrects her -- it's Mary and they've met. Once alone, Mary tells Lorenzo that while there's no reason for him to keep her secret she'll lose everything if he doesn't. Just then, "Connor" calls and tells Lorenzo he'll take the job.
