Act I
Courtney tells Carly that if Lorenzo's saving her life was real, it doesn't discount the other junk he's put her through. Carly says she's learned never to take anything at face value when it comes to Lorenzo. Lorenzo eavesdrops. Carly tells Courtney she's going back to Sonny for as long as it's good for her boys. Courtney asks what'll happen when Sonny does something pig-like. Carly says she'll deal.

Sonny overhears Sam telling Jason to tell Sonny. Sonny wants to know the big secret. Sam covers. She then sways and Sonny catches her.

On the docks Emily thinks she sees Nikolas. Mary pulls her away for a second and when she looks back, Nik's gone. Emily cries for her lost love; Mary tells her that people who are grieving do crazy things sometimes.

Luke and Skye pretend they're about to have sex. This is enough to send Lucky away. Once alone, Luke and Skye decide they have to do something permanent with the dead guy.

Act II
Luke makes sure Lucky is actually gone. He then turns to Skye and they discuss having put Ross in the crawlspace. Luke says he's sure Faith & Tracy aren't responsible for this. He then says that it stands to reason that the person who is responsible for this is a killer playing games with them -- and that person is a couple of beans short of a refried sandwich.

<cut to Carly>

Carly tells Courtney that she just doesn't know what to do. She wishes Sam would get hurt -- she hates her. She then says that she likes Lorenzo because he's a safety net, but wait -- this should be about the children. She thinks about it, and then happily recites their names. She turns to go and Courtney says when she has more time she'll tell her about her new foundation for underprivledged and abused kids.

Sam's fainted. She wakes up and finds Sonny hovering. He tells her he wants to make it work. She wonders if they should quit things.

Act III
Sonny says he just wants her to be honest with him -- if she wants to quit things with him, she should tell him. He kisses her.

Lorenzo shows up at Carly's door.

Mary returns home to a feast of wine & cheese from Nikolas. She's delighted.

Skye and Luke wonder if the whole dead detective thing was part of a vendetta. Meanwhile, someone watches them from outside the lakehouse.

Act IV
Carly and Lorenzo argue on the steps. He comes in and is hurt when she says she's moving out. He notes that a lot of important stuff between them happened there. She says she's going home to her family. He corrects her -- she's going to Sonny's home.

Sonny and Sam kiss. Sonny says he has to go back to the hospital. Sam says that there's something she has to tell him before he leaves.

Skye tells Luke as much as they joke about the dead guy she feels bad. Luke tells her she's a good person. They start to discuss making a list of her past transgressions but he hears a noise and takes off to find out what it was, telling her to lock the door after he leaves.

Nikolas tells Mary that he doesn't know her maiden name -- but he wants to spend his life with her. He proposes. She says no.

Act V
Nikolas maintains that he's fallen in love with Mary all over again and that he wants to marry her.

Sonny asks Jason when he planned to tell him about Courtney having sold to Lorenzo. Jason says he was busy. Sonny asks why Jason was on Sam's boat.

Lorenzo tells Carly that she can't possibly be happy with Sonny and that she is the bravest strongest woman he's ever known but that she shouldn't expect him to be waiting when things bust up with Sonny.

Act VI
Jason asks Sonny if Sam told him why he was on the boat. Sonny tells him what Sam said. Jason doesn't deny it. Sonny tells Jason that he's never separating the boys from their mother again. Carly shows up and says Sonny's right.

Skye tells Luke he's pretty wonderful. Lucky shows up and tells Luke that Laura is missing from the hospital.

A woman in black looks at a headline with photos of Luke and Skye. She jabs at it with a knife.

Mary tells Nik she'll marry him.

Courtney tells Jason she's out of his life

Carly tells Sonny they agreed to parent together but every other aspect of their life is separate

Emily is holding Kristina. Skye walks up to say hi. Alexis, in a tan/khaki suit of some kind, shows up and tells Skye she'd appreciate it if she wouldn't approach her daughter. Skye tells Alexis she's acting like she stole Kristina and somebody is going to take her back at any moment.
