Act I
Ric tells Elizabeth that he's in for the long haul -- there's nothing she could ever do to turn him againt her.

Alexis, with a cold and a very nice suit, welcomes Justus to the sewer. She tells him Sonny has no business raising children and with any luck the judge will be begging Carly to take the kids.

Sonny says goodbye to Michael and leaves for court. Michael tells Jason that Sonny always wins and he'll never see his mother again.

Skye wakes up and is surprised to see Luke covering her with a blanket. She asks for some modesty and he grants it.

Dillon shows up to see Georgie. She tells him it's great to have her mom back. Then Tracy shows up to wreck it all.

Carly is trying to pick out the perfect suit for court. Lorenzo comes home and she asks what he's done. She then breaks his heart yet again by telling him he is not allowed to come to court with her.

Act II
Ric tells Liz that he needs to find out who killed Zander -- maybe it was Emily. She tells him he ought to look outside her circle of friends. He promises to do so, then leaves.

Georgie tells Tracy if she were the only Quartermaine involved, she'd convince her mother to sue for Mac's injuries. Georgie leaves. Tracy calls her a mouthy brat -- quite a change from the "boring dishrag" she was last week. Tracy wants to go to Skye's to look for Edward but Dillon says he will.

Luke and Skye flirt. They're about to kiss when Edward shows up and splits them apart.

Sam shows up to "support" Sonny. She tells him she'd give anything to kiss him right now, then leaves.

Carly tells Lorenzo that it's just not a good idea for him to be in court. She asks him if he's hurt. He says he understands but looks as though his heart is breaking.

Act III
Leticia has to go to the car & asks Jason to watch the kids. Michael says Sonny always wins. That's why he'll win now.

Em shows up at Kelly's and finds Liz. The girls argue about which of their guys might've done Zander in.

Edward is happy that Luke's sending him to Brazil. Dillon shows up and says it's all over.

At the courthouse, Justus tells Sonny that with Alexis, it seems personal. Sonny says she seems to hate him, "for whatever reason". Just then, Sonny runs into Alexis. He tells her it's far easier to have Carly mad at her than him. She tells Justus to get his client to stop threatening her before she presses charges. She leaves.

Carly shows up and drops her diamond bracelet. Sonny fastens it on her usually-flailing-but-now-still wrist. They reminisce about when he gave it to her. Just then court is called into session.

Act IV
Luke asks Young Spielberg (Dillon) how long he's known about Edward's presence. He says he put it together the previous night.

At Kelly's, Tracy curses Ned for wanting to meet there. She asks whatever happened to The Floating Rib. He tells her it closed down. He then says that the report on the fire came back and it turns out that while the wiring wasn't great, it was up to code and therefore the Qs can't be sued. Tracy tells him to bury said report.

Liz tells Em that Ric didn't kill Zander. Em maintains that neither did Nik. The girls decide they'll do anything to protect their men including losing their friendship.

Ric testifies in court. He says that joint custody is the best solution. When he talks about Sonny's virtues Carly, out of order, begins shouting. The judge orders her to sit down.

Act V
Tracy explains if Ned doesn't bury the report, control of ELQ will go to Skye and everything he's worked for will be gone. She proposes a 50/50 split for them if he buries the report and he agrees.

Skye tries to convince Dillon that Edward needs a chance to recuperate. Luke brings up the arson report.

Lorenzo meets Faith on the docks and instructs her to make things as bad for Sonny as possible.

Jax bumps into Sam on the docks. He tells her of his original plans to testify against Sonny. She tells him he can't do that.

Carly is mad at Alexis. She asks how much damage Ric did. Alexis tells her she did more damage with her outburst. Lorenzo shows up. Carly wants him to leave. He says he was subpoened.

Ric approaches Sonny outside the courtroom and says he needs to talk to him.

Act VI
Jason asks Carly why she & Sonny are letting their enemies have a say in their family.

Ric tells Sonny that he needs to know that when and if he needs a favor, Sonny will say yes.

Jax tells Sam how it's gonna be -- Sonny will win the kids because Carly won't use the best stuff against him. Then he'll take her back. And Sam will be out in the cold. Sam is in full-out denial mode and Jax looks like he can't wait to say "I told you so!".

Courtney is scheduled to testify but she doesn't show up. Faith does, though.

Liz shows Ric the note from Zander stating that he was killed by Ric

Courtney is blindfolded and tied to a chair as a door opens and a shadowy figure approaches. Why do I get the feeling that the shadowy figure is in more danger than the woman supposedly rendered helpless and without sight?

Jason pulls on Faith's arm and asks where his wife is

Carly suggests Faith could've done something to Courtney. Alexis advises her to stay out of it

Sonny jumps up and lunges at Faith asking where his sister is. Justus tells him to calm down
