Act I
Sonny is shot by the Maxwell Caulfield-lookalike. He walks over and steps on Sonny's fingers and tells him to rest in pieces... er peace.

Carly tells Jason that the reason he brawled with Jax at "The Cellar" is because he wants Courtney back. Jason tells her to quit trying to fix his life and focus on trying to fix her own marriage.

Nikolas tells the doctor he wants to do hypnotherapy. He can't remember anything before "the river" but he does remember the hotel fire in bits and pieces. Emily eavesdrops.

Georgie and Dillon tell Mac what they know about the Lynn situation. Dillon got the make & model of the car, plus the plates & the dealership. He takes off to figure out where Lynn is.

Courtney and Jax get to Italy where they decide to go sight-seeing.

Act II
Courtney and Jax witness a couple heavily making out. Jax bets her the gelato of her choice that they only just met tonight. Someone who works at the restaurant confirms it.

Carly welcomes Stan to Jason's penthouse. She has him track down Jax & Courtney and heads off in search of them. Stan says Jason won't like this but Carly points out Jason told her not to track Sonny -- he didn't say anything about Courtney.

In the car the would-be kidnapper tells Lynn he's taking her to her grandparents house in Bensonhurst where her mother will take her home.

Nikolas has more flashbacks, this time of the helicopter. Emily wonders if he's about to remember. Mary shows up and begs Connor to wake up.

Act III
Frank calls Lois and tells her he's bringing Lynn to her parents. She tells him she's got to make sure this never happens again. Lynn is overjoyed when sirens flash and they're stopped by the cops.

In Italy, a pre-teen flirts with Courtney. She's flattered. Jax stops him before he leaves -- with her wallet. She is hard-pressed to believe a kid was pulling a con by pretending to be taken by her beauty.

Mary wants the session stopped. Nikolas wakes up. He wonders why they stopped. The doctor says it's because Mary wanted it stopped. Nikolas asks for a moment alone with his wife.

Act IV
The mystery man finds Sister Agnes at the convent and introduces himself as Jason Morgan -- and says he's looking for Sonny.

Mary cries as Nikolas tells her they could have it all back; all their memories; their past; everything. She tells him that she wants things to stay as they are.

Emily excitedly tells Jason that Nikolas doesn't have any brain damage. And for the third day in a row I keep waiting for her to lift her necklace up to her mouth and take a bite. Looks like candy to me! Jason tells her to focus on the good news when she tells him she wants Nikolas back, like, right now.

Lynn tells Mac that this guy just kidnapped her and said he was going to kill her. Lucky interviews Frank and he explains that he's just returning the kid to her mom. Dillon shows up on his bike and Lynn sees him.

In Italy, the would-be pickpocket spins a tale of woe. Jax says he will give the kid a bunch of money if he brings his mother back to the cafe and introduces them.

Act V
Giovanni brings his mother back to the cafe to meet Jax & Courtney. Jax gives her the money and Courtney makes the kid promise to quit stealing. They toast each other's wonderfulness as Carly shows up on her super sonic jet plane and looks on.

Dillon sneaks through the bushes and gets into the passenger side of the car. Lynn tells him there's just no way around this -- and drives off.

Mary glances at the psychiatrist's notes. She asks him what he remembers. He explains his memories and she tells him they likely came from his time during the marines.

Emily tells Jason she wants to tell Nikolas the truth right now. Jason tells her that's a really bad idea.

Act VI
Mary runs into Monica at the hospital. She says she was just filing the rest of the PC Hotel fire claims. She asks Monica about the fire. Monica tells her about how the roof collapsed and Nikolas was still on it and it just about killed Emily. That's why it was so hard to believe a month later that it was a car crash that killed her fiancé.

Emily meets Nikolas on the docks. He tells her about his memories. She tries to clue him into the fact that it wasn't a military helicopter he's remembering.

Ned is playing Lynn's song. Lois shows up and hears it. She calls him a lying, double-crossing rat that stole her daughter, before she slaps him across the face.

Carly can't stand Jax trying to be charming & stuff so she dumps a bucket of ice water over his head. Some gets on Courtney and she giggles.

Sister Agnes tells "Jason" that Sonny was taken to the morgue -- he's dead. After FakeJason leaves, she heads in to see Sonny. He tells her he made a promise to God and she says she'll do everything she can to allow him to keep said promise.

Jason returns home to find Stan there. He's clearly not as delighted by Stan's cuteness factor as I am, and is irritated when Stan tells him that Carly made him find Courtney.

Preview
"Connor" tells Emily that it's all starting to come back to him Mac tells the assembled crowd to set up a roadblock so that they can stop Dillon before he gets that girl killed. Sure, blame it ALL on the cute one

Carly informs Jax and Courtney that Courtney's going home with her

Ned is steamed that his and Lois's daughter ran away and Lois didn't see fit to mention it to him
