Act I
Sonny tells Jason that he needs to get his wife under control before she trashes his business like Carly trashed his life.

On the docks Carly is eating and Lorenzo has coffee. She asks him if he's going to criticize her eating habits and, while looking disgusted by them, tells her she can eat how she likes. Faith shows up and tells Carly to go warm the sheets at home while she talks business.

Dillon shows up at the PCPD where Sage asks for his help.

Nikolas is frustrated and angry that Alexis hasn't sent an attorney to represent him. Ric tells him and Em that this will go by the book.

asks Courtney to testify for Carly. Coutney asks why she is representing her. says she saved her life in the fire and this is her repayment of said debt. Jason shows up and tells them both they could be forced to testify.

Act II
Carly and Lorenzo return home. And when I say home, I mean the Skyecliffe house, though, sadly, I think we all know that it's just temporary and she'll wind up back in the penthouse soon. She tells him that she is worried Faith will kill him.

Sam tells Jax she wants to ask the Qs if she can berth her boat on their pier. Jax tells her that he knew she had an ulterior motive for seeking out Edward. Sonny shows up and Sam keeps her distance. Michael whines; Sonny sends him off with Leticia and then comes over to thank Sam for not coming over.

Jason wants Courtney to extend the leases on the pier for six months until Sonny and Carly's battle in court is resolved. Courtney doesn't want to.

Elizabeth shows up at the PCPD and asks Ric if he's looking into other possibilities as to how Zander died. Ric isn't.

Nikolas and Emily continue to complain about what a bad aunt Alexis is for not having shown up yet.

Act III
Georgie runs into Tom on the docks. He asks if she can come to his game. She tells him that it seems silly to keep pretending that they're dating. She'll still do all his papers but he doesn't have to pretend to care about her. Tom looks hurt.

Courtney is accosted by Sam who wants to speak to the "real" owner of Pride-Phillips. Courtney says it's her. Sam wants to see for sure and offers to go see Sonny to ask him. Courtney tells her to get her lying, trashy ass out of her office and not to come back.

Jax tricks Edward into admitting he's faking. He offers to buy the pharmaceutical company. Alan & Tracy tells him to leave.

tells Carly that she talked to Courtney and asks if she will testify. Carly says she will if she has to. Alexis then asks about Jason.

Dillon tells Sage he doesn't want her to go away again. Lorenzo shows up at the PCPD.

Emily and Nikolas continue complaining about . Emily leaves the room and snarks at Liz.

Sonny returns from the hospital with the kids in tow. He screams at Jason who takes it out on the barware to get Sonny's attention.

Act 4
tells Carly that the judge will listen to the two adults closest to the situation in cases of "he said she said" and those people happen to be Jason & Courtney. tells her she needs Jason.

Sonny tells Jason it's killing him not to let the kids see Carly but he knows that if there's even a chance of Evil! Lorenzo being around, he just can't risk it. Jason's cell phone rings and it's Carly asking him to come over after assuring him it's not a trap.

Lorenzo gets Sage out of jail and tells her that he's not planning to send her back to boarding school.

Emily shows up in Edward's hotel room. She announces that Nik doesn't have an attorney. Tracy makes some snide remarks about Alexis; Edward, Alan and Tracy all say they think Nik's guilty. Em leaves.

Elizabeth is visiting Nikolas when Ric shows up and tells her it's time to leave for the hospital for the sonogram. He disapproves of her seeing Nikolas.

Act 5
Sam gets stuck in an elevator with Emily. Here's hoping the cable in this one will snap, sending them both to their deaths.

Dillon sees Georgie at the hospital. He makes a remark about Sage which inadvertently hurts her. She leaves. Tom shows up and asks Dillon how he can be romantic towards Georgie. Dillon suggests he grope her in public -- she really likes that.

Jason goes to see Carly. She tells him she needs him to be on her side and tell the courts the kids belong with her and not Sonny.

Courtney receives another visitor -- Jax. He offers her double what Louise is paying her to come work for him. She can't understand why.

Sonny shows up on the pier to meet with Faith who tells him she's acquired Lorenzo's territory. Lorenzo shows up and Sonny congratulates him for setting one hell of a trap.

Act VI
Courtney tells Jax she has ten million bucks and control of the company so she doesn't need his money; his job or his companionship in the capacity of her boyfriend. She asks if he has anything else to ask.

Dillon waits for Georgie to get angry when Tom kisses her but when Sage shows up and hugs Dillon, a jealous Georgie grabs Tom and kisses him right back as Dillon looks on, slack-jawed.

Carly tells Jason that if he doesn't testify for her that she'll be forced to tell the courts about the information she learned after Sonny's last breakdown -- that he's probably manic-depressive.

Sonny, in the fur-collared coat, tells Lorenzo that he's not going to win. Lorenzo outlines his plan to take the kids from Sonny -- if he gets caught in the middle of the mob war he looks like a criminal. If he doesn't retaliate, he'll lose his territory.

Emily and Sam wind up stuck in the elevator together as the lights go out. If this veers into "Boys On The Side"-type bonding I'm going to poke my own eyes out.

shows up, late to see Nikolas. She apologizes. He tells her that the only thing more important to her than him is Kristina and she says this has everything to do with Kristina.
