Act I
Luke brings a Maxell T-120 blue videotape into the PCPD that he, Ric and Elizabeth watch. On it, Scott tells them about his plans. He says he'll go visit Laura before he goes out to sea with Serena. Liz wonders, if Scott got out alive, that maybe the body in the basement was Zander's.

Carly tells she has to be her lawyer or else she'll tell Sonny about Kristina. tells her she's charging her a fortune, and that she will have to listen to and do every single thing she says or this just won't work.

Helena tells Nik that he won't be able to survive Emily's destruction and if they continue this relationship they will both be destroyed. Nik says everything Helena said is true.

Sonny and Sam hammer out just what they want their relationship to be.

Jax asks Courtney about her plans.

Maxie goes to visit Georgie at the hospital where she hits her up for money. Georgie says she gave it all to the hotel. I wonder -- if she put the hotel bill on Mac's credit card for the *third* time, and the hotel's burnt down -- will he have to pay the bill? Maxie says Zander planned to go to Kirbyville and she wants to go try to track him down.

Jason tells Lorenzo he wants nothing to do with any plan to help him.


Act II
Sage tells Dillon that the Classics Theatre is showing "A Streetcar Named Desire," but she'd rather go see "Win A Date With Tad Hamilton!". (Is ABC trying to woo Josh back by helping promote his film?} Tom walks in and Dillon talks to him about Georgie. Sage berates Dillon. Georgie and Maxie walk in where they turn on the news and Ric announces at a televised press conference that Scott's not dead -- the body belonged to Zander.

Justus shows up and tells Sonny how it's gonna be. Sonny's convinced that he'll get the kids no matter what; Justus wants him to go legit and ditch Sam.

Jason meets an employee on the docks and asks why the shipment's not docked yet. He says it's all about paperwork. Jason knows what it's really about...


Act III
Emily reassures Nik that nothing bad'll happen to her if she's with him.

Carly tells Lorenzo (who's come armed with roses) that she's hired Alexis as her lawyer. He reiterates why that's not the most brilliant choice but Carly disagrees and asks him to simply trust her.

On the docks, Sam and Jax meet up. Sam can't see that Sonny might not be a perfect boyfriend. Jax doesn't even seem to care to set her straight anymore.

Nikolas receives a call from Lucky telling him that Zander is dead. He tells Emily that he killed him after all.


Act IV
Courtney tells Mike she paid off all his gambling debts.

Maxie blames herself for Zander's death. She takes off. Dillon wants to go after her but she says she has to go alone.

Carly tells Lorenzo she has to seem like the stable parent to the courts & that's why she can't see him.

Jax tells Sam that she chooses to be with men that she knows it won't last with because she hates committment.

Nik shows up at the PCPD with Emily. They see Liz. Nik is explaining how he locked Zander in the basement & is thus responsible for his death. Maxie who's been listening, gets all accusatory on him.


Act V
Jason and Sonny are talking about who might be responsible for the shipments being held up. Jason goes to leave and out of nowhere shows up. They tell her it's a bad time. She says she's there in regards to Sonny's children. He asks since when has she had anything to do with his children. She tells him that Carly has retained her as her attorney to get her children back. Sonny shakes his head.

Maxie rails out at Nikolas. Georgie gets her to leave. Ric gets the forensics report back and asks Nik what he hit Zander with before his death.

Maxie yells at Georgie outside of Kelly's; then she leaves. Dillon shows up and Georgie struggles with whether or not to tell him the truth.

Courtney tells Mike about the 10 million.


Act VI
Ric announces that the blunt object that hit Zander before he died, killed him. The camera pans to Liz looking a little green around the gills at that particular annoucement. Ric arrests Nikolas for Zander's murder.

Outside Kelly's, Dillon tells Georgie he can't imagine the pressure she's under. They're still talking when Sage comes out, asserts control, and spirits Dillon away as sad Georgie looks on.

Lorenzo returns to the Skycliffe house and tells Carly that in the U.S. he's giving up his business and changing his life for her.

Jason goes to see the CEO of Pride-Phillips (which was Pratt-Phillips when Sonny said the name). He's shocked to see it's Courtney.

Alone in the penthouse tells Sonny that Carly's willing to compromise and keep the case out of court. Sonny calmly tells her that he doesn't want to take the chance when the kidnapping drug dealer might wind up near his kids. Sadly, tells him that she intends to win. He says that the mother of his children is not even a consideration.
