Act I
Sonny tells Carly she's moving in with him. Carly tells him no -- she's not the answer to his prayers.

Tracy tells Jax he's about to enter into a new partnership with her -- in the boardroom & the bedroom. Jax seems to think otherwise.

Emily shows up to tell Mary there's a clerical position opening up at the hospital & she'll put in a good word for her. Mary says thank you and that she'll go there in the morning. Unfortunately Emily wants to chat it up about their mutual loss, being that Mary's the only one who truly gets it. Nikolas eavesdrops.

Sam tells Jason it was only a matter of time before Sonny and Carly got back together. Sam suggests that she won't wait around to get kicked to the curb so if he wants her, he has to come find her.

Carly tells Sonny that it won't be good for Michael if she & the boys were to move into the penthouse again. They wouldn't be teaching him honesty; they'd be teaching him that machinations work when it comes to getting what one wants. Sonny says he won't give up until he gives Michael the family he craves.

Lucky tells Luke & Skye that he has to ask some questions about the disappearance of Ross Duncan.

Sam tells Jason she doesn't want him to take her back to the penthouse so that Sonny can dump her.

Tracy shows Jax the photos of Skye with the corpse.

Act II
Sonny finds Mike & Courtney about to pay Michael a visit. They ask if he'll deny them; he tells them maybe it'll do Michael some good so they're allowed to go in. Sonny sees Jason soon after; Jason tells him that Sam wouldn't come with him because she thinks Sonny's going to dump her.

Michael asks Carly how come she & Sonny aren't fighting anymore and if they're going to be a "real family" again. Carly doesn't know what to tell him.

Emily asks Mary how she went on. In a nutshell, she tells Emily, "I'm gonna get out of bed every morning... breathe in and out all day long. Then, after a while I won't have to remind myself to get out of bed every morning and breath in and out... and, then after a while, I won't have to think about how I had it great and perfect for a while. Suddenly there's a small crash in the bedroom. Emily says "wow you're not alone".

Jax tells Tracy if Skye's guilty she deserves to be punished. Tracy says Skye's a loser. Jax won't go to bat for Skye. Tracy says she spots Lucky and she'll go tell him.

Skye and Luke deny knowing the missing cop.

Carly tells Courtney that Sonny wants her to move back in, but she can't.

Act III
Courtney suggests Carly's afraid of falling back in love with Sonny.

Sam goes to the doctor to see if she's pregnant.

Emily is embarrassed when she realizes Mary's not alone and that she let her go on & on like that. She leaves quickly.

I'm pretty sure there was some more whining/manipulation on the part of Skye, Jax, Tracy, Luke, Lucky, Sonny or Jason but I just blocked it ALL out. Sorry.

Act IV
Carly tells Courtney she doesn't want to move back in with Sonny and get sucked back into that life. Her phone rings; it's Lorenzo; she tells him she's coming over.

Sam learns she's ten weeks' pregnant. She cries and imagines the worst. She has a fantasy in which Sonny accuses her of planning the pregnancy as a way to trap him; he tells her she's nothing to him; he throws her out.

Sonny visits Michael and tells him he's going to do everything possible to make them a "real family" again. One more time, they need to use that phrase ONE more time, just on the off-chance any of us missed it the first thirty-five times.

Carly goes to see Lorenzo who's pleased to see her. She tells him that Sonny wants her to move back in. He tells her that she doesn't have to if she doesn't want to; he'll protect her. She says although she knows his intentions are good it's his methods which are questionable. He asks her what she wants.

Nikolas asks Mary why she allowed Emily to believe she'd moved on with a stranger. Mary doesn't really give him an answer. He thinks it's because if Emily believes it was possible for Mary to move on, perhaps she would, too. Nikolas and Mary begin to make love.

Act V
Jax tells Tracy they have a deal. He wants to talk to Skye about it but Tracy says he's not allowed.

Skye and Luke try to figure out who might've killed the dude.

Courtney is surprised when Michael tells her that he's going to have his "real family" again. Outside his room she tells this to Jason and Jason asks if Carly said something about it.

Lorenzo's about two steps away from reciting Donne's "Come Live With Me And Bee My Love". He moves in for a kiss. Carly can almost do it -- but changes her mind. Crying, both of them (well, her? not so much) pull back. He says she clearly came here to use him. She doesn't deny it; she simply leaves.

Sam has another fantasy. This one has old theme music -- Scott & Dominique's maybe?. In it, Sonny's happy about the baby. She picks up some pregnancy pamphlets and calls Sonny to meet her at the penthouse later.

Act VI
Emily, having turned into Ms. Judgmental, tells Lucky that Mary had the audacity to claim to be in love with one man, while having another in her bed. Hmm... interesting. Pot? Meet kettle. Lucky tells Emily perhaps it's the only way that Mary could get through things.

In the afterglow of their lovemaking, Nikolas asks Mary about his tattoo. She tells him he got it in boot camp. When he asks what the insignia means she tries to distract him.

Courtney and Jason give yet another post-mortem on the Corinthos marriage.

Sonny returns home to find Carly inside. She agrees to move back in with him as Sam eavesdrops and realizes it was Sonny's idea.
