Act I
Emily tells Alexis she wants to have the memorial service in the church where she and Nikolas exchanged their vows. Alexis agrees that's a good idea. The Qs enter. Alexis passes Edward without a word. In the hall she meets Ned. She tells him how good Nik was to Kristina. Ned says he hopes this won't be too hard on 'their little girl'. She says in light of everything she has to ask him if he means that literally.

Nikolas and Mary walk into the church in the woods. He has a flashback. She tells him they got married in a church in Virginia, not there. He says he's still having the memory.

Georgie and Dillon wake up. He's slept on the floor. They begin kissing and Maxie walks in.

Ric's new hire shows up with some information about Alexis and Sonny.

Sam gives Mike the "Courtney is dead to Sonny" update.

Sonny tells Jason that he hopes Courtney means nothing to him.

Courtney wants Carly to go into business with her. Justus shows up and Courtney says she wants to sell the waterfront to avoid doing business with Jason or Sonny ever again.

Act II
Ric's man didn't do his job so well: he says that Sonny put Alexis on retainer in 1998. Um, they didn't even meet until Feb 1999. He says a year later she moved into the penthouse. Nope, that was August 1, 2000. He gets it wrong again by saying that Christmas of the same year (1999) was the Mistletoe Massacre. Again, incorrect. It was 2000. He does get it right by saying that Sonny & Carly split up in 2001, and that a year later Carly was presumed dead but resurfaced and Alexis moved out. Ric observes that Alexis admitted to sleeping with Sonny so maybe he is K's dad.

Ned tries to lay a guilt trip on Alexis but it doesn't work. He tells her she's a good mother. She avoids a fight and says that she didn't even know she wanted to be a mother and now it's the best part of her world. Ned says that makes all their lies worthwhile.

Sonny thinks Jason should try harder to get over Courtney.

Justus says he'll file the papers for Courtney. Carly wishes she'd wait on this awhile longer.

Emily tells the disinterested Qs about her vows with Nikolas. Meanwhile, Mary recites her and Connor's vows in the church with Nik. Unfortunately Em's voice is in his head until they leave the church.

Act III
Alexis strides into Kelly's. Ric asks his guy about the DNA tests. The guy says Ned's name is on the birth certificate. Ric says that doesn't make it so. The dude takes off. Ric approaches Alexis who is reading the paper. He says he's got an offer for her. She wishes he'd step off a pier, however when he says it's about Sonny, her interest is piqued.

Courtney tells Carly that Sonny said she's dead to him. Carly, non-plussed, tells Courtney that he always says that. They discuss their mutual divorces as Michael eavesdrops.

Sonny instructs Meyer to make an offer on Courtney's waterfront properties under the name of a new holding company so she won't know it's them.

Jason walks into Kelly's with some guy. Mike tells the guy to have a seat; Jason will be right with him. I swear to God I thought Mike was so mad that Jason dumped Courtney that he was gonna turn him into a Kelly's WAITER. Literally it took me a minute to figure it out. They go outside and Mike berates him for ditching his daughter. Pot? Meet kettle.

Act IV
Alone in the church Nikolas kneels and prays. Crying, he admits that he's come home for a second chance with the woman he's supposed to love, and yet he feels nothing. He says that if he can just love her again all the rest will follow.

Emily tells Alan she's going to the church to iron out a few details. He says he'll go with her but she wants to be alone.

Mike tells Jason that Courtney was the best thing that ever happened to him. Jason says they ought not to be together now and they probably shouldn't have ever been together.

Courtney tells Carly at least she and Sonny are still holding onto their marriage. Carly says about the only thing that Sonny's holding onto these days is Sam. She tells Courtney that she and Jason will work things out, if they can just find something to bridge the gap.

Sonny tells Sam that he cannot forgive betrayal. All the while he's twisting something in his fingers. Is it a warped paperclip? He tells her of his tortured past and says that if she betrays him, it's all over.

Ric tells Alexis that if she gives him information she discerned from Sonny in a non attorney/client manner that he can use, he'll protect her. She refrains from actually laughing in his face but says she doesn't want anything to do with him or his brother's feud.

Maxie agrees to cover for Georgie. Georgie turns to get dressed and in true shy girl fashion asks Dillon to turn around. Once dressed she announces she doesn't want them to make love for the first time in a hotel. She then leaves.

Act V
Sonny shows up at Kelly's because of Mike's urgent message. He's not thrilled that it turns out to have been about Courtney. When his sister walks through the door Sonny is angered about being set up this way.

Sam is playing with her savage charts when Carly shows up and accuses her of going through Sonny's stuff. Jason shows up and kicks Sam out. He asks Carly what she wants.

Georgie tells Dillon she wants to not make love at a hotel -- but she does want to make love. They choose the site of Emily's deflowering -- the Quartermaine boat house.

Act VI
Jason tells Carly he cannot be with Courtney ever ever ever again. They're just too different.

Michael announces his Brand New Big Plan -- he's gonna get himself kidnapped so that his parents have got to get back together.

Mike screams at Sonny about being someone who abandons his family -- just like him. He says some not-so-nice stuff about Sam who shows up just in time to hear it.

Emily's hand is on the door handle of the church

Nikolas is inside the church

Mary stops at a newspaper box and purchases a newspaper. She panics when she sees the story about it being Nik's memorial today

Michael writes a laughable ransom note. "Dear Michael's Mother. I have your son". Sadly, I bet Carly'll believe it to be true.

Carly tells Jason she never thought he'd lie right to her face.

Sonny tells Mike to choose between Courtney or him.

Emily tells Lucky she feels as though Nikolas is just inside the church
