Act
1
Carly asks Lorenzo why he would try to help her this way.
He says that she made it obvious how far she'd go to keep
her children by setting her personal hatred for Alexis aside
and hiring her. Carly doesn't see how they got from her
wanting to be with her children to him setting a bomb in
the limo. She tells him to get out of her house and he says
he won't go until she understands.
Edward announces to Skye, Edward & Tracy that Tracy's
power of attorney expires at midnight and he will have control
of ELQ back by then.
At the hospital, Monica shows Dillon the pay & peek
photos of Georgie, completely naked, in the shower.
In a tag that makes me go hmmm, we cut to Sam, barely dressed,
with Sonny at the PH. He asks her to stay. She doesn't know
why.
Dillon tells Monica that Georgie would never do this because
it's too conniving and cunning -- but he knows who would.
He finds Sage and asks her how she could have possibly done
this.
Nikolas eavesdrops as Mary returns Em's scarf. He realizes
she lied to him. Lucky looks thoughtful, then he and Emily
leave. Nik confronts Mary about her lie.
Act II
Sage tells Dillon she sure hopes Georgie made people pay
*before* they viewed the photos. Dillon gives her a dirty
look. Dillon asks Monica to give him some time to find out
Georgie's side of things before she tells anyone. Monica
says she's known Georgie her whole life and she'll give
her the benefit of the doubt. Sage plants seeds of doubt
in Dillon's mind by telling him sometimes we don't know
people's secret lives.
Sam tells Sonny she's falling in love with him and if that
love is a burden or he doesn't want it, she'll leave. Sonny
holds her face in his hands and kisses her.
Carly tells Lorenzo that for all she knows, he's been faking
his blindness. He tells her that's just not true. She tells
him she doesn't believe a single thing he ever said to her
and what's more, she never will. They are completely over;
he obliterated any chance they had to be together and she
wants him to go, right now.
Act III
Lorenzo tells Carly that he loved her and that she was beginning
to care for him. She tells him that's not true. He says
the proof is irrefutable. She looks confused. Guess she's
never heard that word before. She screams for him to get
out. He slams the door and says he's not leaving.
Mary tells Nik that the reason she lied about Emily and
the scarf is because she wanted to make things all right
for him. She didn't want him to feel threatened; she wanted
him to feel safe there. He says that he might not remember
what they were to one another but he'd like to believe at
the very least, they were honest. She tells him they were
and that the real Boston scarf is in the bottom drawer of
their bureau. He says he believes her but questions why
she's still so sad.
Sonny takes Sam up to his bedroom. They enter the room slowly.
They kiss. They're moving towards the bed when she says
"we have to wait".
Act IV
Carly tells Lorenzo that she won't forgive him. He says
that he was no more calculating in doing what he did than
she was in choosing to stay with him because he was blind.
He says that being single-minded about things has gotten
him a lot in life and that he fell back on the same tactics
in order to get her children for her. She says she came
to him for inner peace after the turmoil with Sonny and
that he shouldn't have repaid her this way.
Sam tells Sonny that neither of them take the idea of moving
in together lightly and they have to be sure. She says that
most of all she's scared of walking out of this room and
never feeling the rest of her whole life the way she feels
when she's with him. They begin to make love.
Dillon busts through the door and accuses Tracy of doing
the photos with Sage. Tracy doesn't deny it.
Mary tells Nikolas what it was like when she found out her
husband had died; the hell she went through. She says that
what he sees in her face now isn't sadness -- it's fear
that he'll be taken from her a second time.
Act V
Sonny has a dream that Carly shows up in his bedroom (with
Sam asleep by his side) asking for another chance which
he grants her. The only good part about this scene is that
from far away and behind, Sam almost looks like another
person. (Not Carly, either).
Carly tells Lorenzo he's the worst thing that ever happened
to her. She says it's over. He says it's not that simple.
Tracy tells Dillon she'll wreck Georgie's life unless he
votes with her.
Act VI
Sonny walks down the stairs and sits on the steps, dreaming,
I'm sure, that there's a different woman awaiting him upstairs
than the one who actually is. Sam joins him on the steps
and they wonder if they can give each other what they need.
Lorenzo tells Carly he'll go for now, but that he'll never
be out of her life. He starts to walk out when she clocks
him over the head with a blunt object and then laughs at
herself and her own stupidity.
Nikolas tells Mary he's never admitted how hard this must
be for her, and that they're going to switch roles now --
he'll take care of her. She seems pleased.
Dillon shows up just in time to vote for Tracy, then leave.
