This is a little plot line that developed in my head. Not sure
how long it will be. It will eventually be about Sexis, but will
take a while to get there.
Hatred,
it was a powerful emotion. It was an emotion that could drive a
man to do things he never thought himself capable of. Lorenzo Alcazar
was capable of many things. He was a criminal and he had never regretted
the choices that had brought him the power and fortune that he had
enjoyed for so long. It wasn't as though he had suddenly thought
better of his lifestyle or even that he wanted out of it. He had
found and won over the lady who he thought could bring him happiness.
He had pursued Carly Corinthos and had succeeded in swaying her
away from her husband. She didn't ask him to change. She didn't
ask him to give up his life. She expected nothing from him and for
that he wanted to give her the world.
When
he had set foot in the small East Coast town of Port Charles, he
had seen it as a bevy of opportunity. It was the perfect setting
to run his affairs. It was the place where he could avenge the death
of his brother Luis, and it was a chance to raise his young niece.
He
had always thought himself a little more level headed than his temperamental
brother. Luis had ruined everything for the love of Brenda Barrett.
He had lost sight of the things that they were supposed to achieve.
When
he first heard of the woman who had caused his brother's death Lorenzo
had surprising felt indifference to her. She was nothing. She didn't
matter in the grand scheme of things and when his niece had vowed
to bring down the woman he had intervened and told her what comes
around goes around. But the truth was the more he saw this woman,
the more he ran into her, the more his blood boiled and his desire
to ruin her flared up daring him, taunting him to do something about
it.
Now
she was representing Carly in her upcoming custody trial and it
galled him to no end. The woman made frequent visits to his penthouse,
she met with he and Carly at lunches and breakfast meetings. Her
cool demeanor and lack of remorse made it more difficult for him
to focus on the important things. Things like his love of Carly,
his desire to bring Sonny Corinthos and Jason Morgan to their knees
and to gain as much control of the small town of Port Charles as
he could.
One
woman, this brilliant attorney, this unscathed unfeeling woman was
driving his hatred, feeding it. He willed himself to keep control,
but in the end he knew it was up to him to bring her to justice.
He would bring her to his own kind of justice. In his own time.
He would wait and he would watch. He would learn more about this
woman and find her weaknesses and he would make her sorry she ever
crossed paths with Lorenzo Alcazar.
