Skye and AJ leave the living room without seeming to have
caught Dobson on tape. Alice says that Dobson squealed because
she patted him on the back. Dobson suggests he heard Ms. Davis.
Dobson enters the living room quickly, shuts off the tape
and picks it up and suggests she tell Ned about it. Ned shows
up. Skye admits she put a nanny cam in the living room. Ned
takes the tape from Dobson and destroys it. Dobson is dismissed.
AJ accuses Ned of not being too bright. Ned accuses Skye of
doing dumb things. Ned tells Skye it's not her place to try
to get Alexis' visiting privileges revoked. Skye says she
hopes it doesn't come to that. Ned says once Alexis recovers
they will share custody because a child can never have too
much love. AJ catches Dobson eavesdropping. Dobson tells AJ
he could have a civil suit brought against AJ for the hidden
camera business. AJ says when he finds out what Dobson wants,
he hopes it's enough to get him kicked to the curb.
June 5, 2003
Skye and Ned ask Dobson to recount a story about Lady Heatherington.
Dobson does and then Skye and Ned inform him that they know
he is a liar and precisely who he is. Skye calls Alexis and
leaves her a message stating that Kristina is sick. Ned, convinced
that Dobson was hired by Alexis, tells Dobson he wants to
confront him and Alexis simultaneously.
June
6, 2003
Dobson explains that the reason he doesn't exist is because
he has been a victim of identity fraud and through no fault
of his own had to start over. Cameron shows up and Dobson
thanks him for showing up to speak on Alexis' behalf. Cameron
looks bemused and willing to play along. Cameron defends
Dobson. Zander shows up to overhear. Thinking he is helping
Alexis, Zander pops in the foyer to announce that his father
is not protecting Dobson for Alexis but for himself -- because
they're dating! Zander takes off after stating that he has
his own life, and he does not care. Skye fires Dobson. Dobson
points out it's illegal to fire someone for their homosexuality.
Ned tells Dobson he is not fired. Dobson asks for a moment
alone with Cameron. Ned makes a bit of fun of the relationship
but is relieved it has nothing to do with Alexis. In the
other room, Dobson thanks Cameron. Cameron says, "Thanks
to you my son thinks I'm gay!" Dobson finds it amusing
that Skye & Ned think he's a man -- and that he's in
love with HIM! Cameron kisses Dobson and says he wished
they'd never met. Dobson tries to stop himself from giggling
and remarks that Cameron just likes his beard!
June
12, 2003
Dobson is half-heartedly dusting when Edward bellows. He
wants to meet with Dobson at the Port Charles Grille for
dinner to discuss a few things. Dobson leaves the room.
At the Grille Dobson is trying to get a better look as Judge
Farmer, Ned & Skye take a table. Edward wants him to
pay attention. Dobson informs Edward that Skye plans to
marry Ned and become stepmother to Kristina. Edward thanks
him for letting him know and decides to formulate a plan
to keep that from happening. Edward orders a double scotch
for himself and Dobson and insists Dobson drink up. Ned
tells the judge that he feels he's earned his right for
custody back. The judge says that until Alexis is finished
with her therapy, she cannot make that decision. Dobson
finishes his drink and approaches to eavesdrop. Skye informs
the judge that she sees her role as being the only person
in Kristina's life giving her a mother's love. Ned and Skye
both say that Alexis speaks of a job which doesn't exist
and that her visits are becoming more erratic. Ned points
out that since her sister died Alexis has never been the
same. Edward catches Alexis coming out of the men's room.
She tells him there was a line in the ladies' and he should
get more stalls. Alexis shows up at the table with the Judge
and Ned and Skye. She takes the drink proffered her and
tells everyone that unlike Skye, she does not have a problem
with alcohol. The judge tells Ned & Skye that, off the
record, the court would look more favorably upon them as
permanent custodial parents of Kristina if they were married.
Dobson has a run-in with the judge in which he tells him
that Skye deserves to die. Dobson, drunk, returns to Edward.
Skye, the judge and Ned approach Edward. Dobson defends
Alexis mightily, even going so far as to accuse the judge
of impropriety. Dobson then announces he will tell them
who he is -- but instead he passes out.
June
19, 2003
Dobson finds a piece of mail addressed to Kristina c/o Skye
Quartermaine from a Parents & Playtime Place. He digs
to open it but Skye shows up and tells Dobson it is a federal
offense to open other people's mail and tells Dobson she
hopes he has a good lawyer. Ned berates Dobson. Dobson leaves.
Dobson listens as Skye tells Ned of her plan for a family
thing with Kristina with this Parents thing she set up.
Dobson's cell phone rings and Ned and Skye ask him
to answer it. It's Stefan who wonders why Alexis sounds
funny. He summons her to Spoon Island immediately. Alexis
goes to visit Stefan and he asks for her help in making
Nik and Emily forgive him.
June
20, 2003
Edward gives Dobson the night off. Ned and Skye enter and
talk about how they are going to the Parenting play session
with Kristina and Skye remarks how happy she is that Ned
chose her over Alexis. Dobson answers the door for Cameron.
She tells him she couldn't reach Ms. Davis, and that Skye
and Ned have enrolled in a family play class with the baby.
Dobson leaves and Cameron tells Skye he has some interesting
things to tell her. Alexis shows up to meet Stefan and he
remarks that she's twenty minutes late. Lydia assumes she
is Alexis Cassadine but Alexis corrects her.
June
23, 2003
Alexis tells Emily a woman fell over the bluff and Lydia
questions what woman took the fall. Stefan looks mad. Alexis
tells Lydia to be wary of what she says to Scott. Alexis
wants Scott not to jump to conclusions about Luke. Scott
spins a tale and Luke "confesses". Luke's "confession"
includes all the reasons the Cassadines are evil. When he
is done ranting, he grabs the officer's gun, shoots the
ceiling, everyone ducks and he leaves. Alexis ups the ante
when she suggests perhaps Emily and not Summer was the target.
She remarks on the similarity between their outfits and
how in the fog they might look the same. Stefan and Lydia
look nervous.
June
24, 2003
Alexis explains further reasons why someone might've mistaken
Summer for Emily. Emily cannot think of why anyone would
want to kill her. Stefan thinks Alexis has no basis for
this idea; Lydia thinks she has a point. Alexis looks knowingly
at Stefan during her exposition. Stefan tells Alexis she
threw the election campaign to keep Luke out of jail --
is that not enough? He wonders
why she keeps defending him. Stefan suggests Luke was not
the only intruder on the island. Stefan reminds Alexis that
she wouldn't have survived her childhood, if not for him.
He expects her to act like a Cassadine. Lucky enters and
announces that if he finds out a Cassadine killed Summer,
the Cassadine/Spencer war is going to reach a whole new
level.
July
1, 2003
Ned tells Skye he wants to devour her. They make sure to
note their relationship is just two people coming together
because they love Kristina. They begin making out. Dobson
shows up holding lamby-pie and Ned asks what he is doing
with that thing in his arms. Dobson says he could ask him
the same question. Skye asks Dobson what he was doing with
the lamby-pie and assumes he was on his way to Kristina's
room. Skye impolitely reminds Dobson that it's not in his
job description to look in on the child. Skye and Ned announce
they are going
to the PC Grille for dinner. They leave and Dobson sticks
his tongue out at them. Ned goes to get the car. Skye goes
to the closet to retrieve her scarf. She tells Alice not
to let Dobson anywhere near the baby. Alice defends Dobson.
Skye threatens to fire Alice if she defies her. Skye leaves.
Dobson thanks Alice for defending him and asks her to keep
an eye on the door while he heads for the nursery. Alice
stops Dobson from going upstairs. Dobson asks Alice what
he can do to allow him to go up and see the baby. Alice
wants him to go into the living room, pour them both a glass
of champagne and discuss it. Dobson agrees to kiss Alice
on the cheek in exchange for seeing the baby. Dobson leans
over and Alice begins pawing him. They end up on the couch.
When they come up for air Alice is wearing Dobson's mustache.
Dobson puts it back on. Alice pulls it off. Alice is repulsed
that she thought Alexis was a man. Dobson looks guilty.
Skye witnesses the whole thing.
July
2, 2003
Skye apologizes for being so mean to Dobson and then asks
him if he would babysit for Kristina today. Dobson says
yes. Dobson overhears AJ leaving a message for Alexis to
get back to him immediately. AJ tells Dobson he needs to
see Alexis when she shows up; he will be waiting in the
den. Dobson takes off through the French doors. Alexis tells
AJ that her license is suspended. He asks if Kristina and
Michael switched places would she want Sonny raising her
daughter? She tells him he has a chance at gaining custody.
July
3, 2003
Alexis tells AJ she won't do anything to jeopardize her
visits with Kristina which is why she can't help him regain
custody of Michael. AJ says perhaps he can arrange for extended
visits. She tells him it would be unethical. He tells her
she used to be the moral barometer in town but she ended
that when she was convicted of murder. He walks away and
as he is leaving he says she is lucky that Sonny is nowhere
near her daughter. Alexis turns to say something to him.
Cameron and Skye walk through the foyer, laughing and joking.
They come upon Alexis with the baby and Skye says she had
no idea Alexis was even there. Alexis tells Skye she is
obscenely transparent. Alexis asks Cameron why he is with
Skye; after all, he's her doctor. Skye reminds them that
he is not her doctor anymore. Alexis wants to talk to Cameron
alone but he tells her to call the office. He leaves. Alexis
and Skye discuss her condition.
July
4, 2003
Dobson observes as Edward tells Dillon he's required to
go to the picnic in the park, and as Skye and Ned tell Edward
they can't go to the picnic because Alexis has a scheduled
visit with Kristina. Dobson leaves and Skye tells AJ she
has arranged for Lorenzo to show up for a business meeting
with him during Alexis' visit and that it will blow her
plan out of the water. Skye invites Cameron into the Q house
-- she has invited him to observe the visit. Alexis shows
up. She picks up Kristina. Lorenzo shows up. Alexis hears
his voice and turns around with a deer-in-the-headlights
look, Kristina in her arms. Lorenzo moves towards Alexis
and introduces himself to her. She tells him to stay away
from her. After he leaves Alexis tells Skye she is even
more vindictive than she thought, exposing her daughter
to the man whose brother she killed. Cameron looks like
he wants Alexis to watch what she says. Skye says she thought
her alter killed Alcazar -- does this mean she faked? Alexis
and Cameron end up outside Kelly's where she wonders how
she could have been so stupid. He tells her that she did
nothing wrong except prove her therapy worked -- she confronted
the brother of the man her alter killed and didn't flip
back into the alter -- Skye gift-wrapped her daughter and
gave her back to her. Alexis smiles. Alexis and Cameron
watch the fireworks together.
July
9, 2003
Dobson is playing with the baby; the baby grabs his mustache.
Alice descends the stairs and tells Edward she is quitting
and if he wants to know why, he should ask Dobson. Dobson
tells Edward that Alice is leaving because of his impropriety.
He apologizes to Alice and says it won't happen again. Alice
goes upstairs with the baby and Edward instructs them to
kiss and make up. Dobson
tells Alice that when Kristina is returned to him, he'll
be looking for a nanny and if she can just hold on a little
longer in this job, she's got a job just as soon as possible.
Alice goes upstairs. Alice watches as Dobson thanks Cameron
for his help and awkwardly embraces him. He promises that
Kristina will be returned to Alexis and that Skye and Ned
seem to know something but he doesn't know how much. Cameron
tells Dobson it's time for him to tender his resignation.
Skye arrives home just in time to overhear Dobson tells
Cameron that unless he tells someone about the faked DID,
no one will ever know. Skye comments to herself that she
hopes they don't bet on that.
July
10, 2003
Alexis tells Cameron no one will ever know that she faked
the DID unless he says so. She and Cameron discuss the plan.
Cameron says it's important to document everything to present
to Judge Farmer, and not to jump the gun. Scott shows up
at the Qs. Dobson lets him in. He and Skye go into the other
room and shut the door. Skye asks how he'd like to send
Alexis to prison forever. He says he wants to send someone
to Sing Sing this year and Alexis will do. Skye tells him
to mark 2003 on his calendar because she's about to give
him exactly what he wants. Skye tells Scott that Dobson
is Alexis. Scott refers to Dobson as the Monopoly Man. He
gleefully realizes how many orders Alexis is in violation
of and just how many years he can send her to jail. Dobson
phones Judge Farmer and leaves a message, as Alexis, requesting
a meeting.
July
15, 2003
Ned and Alexis meet at Kelly's. He tells her that he wants
to work out a deal for joint custody now. She asks if he's
insane. Ned tells Alexis he's the one who's been taking
care of Kristina for six months. Alexis says all she ever
wanted to do was take her daughter home and that she won't
share custody. Ned calls her names. She says that he can
call her delusional, irrational, crazy or "freakin'
out of her mind", but that does not give him the right
to take her child. He tells her she is making a mistake.
Alexis tells Ned that he and the thing that passes for a
girlfriend will have their ties to Kristina severed and
that he ought to prepare to say goodbye. He tells her not
to do this and she walks away. Later, Ned tells Dobson to
stick around. He berates Alexis and says she thinks of Kristina
as nothing but a possession whereas Skye truly loves her.
He says Alexis has done nothing to pay for killing a man;
she has suffered no consequences.
July
18, 2003
Skye tells Dobson that this is a very important dinner and
he better not screw it up. Ned arrives and they kiss. Dobson
exits. Cameron shows up. Dobson tells Cameron he's arranged
to meet with Judge Farmer next week because he cannot have
Kristina with these people anymore. Judge Farmer shows up
for dinner. She tells the assembled crowd that she only
has Kristina's best interests at heart. Scott shows up next
with his date for the evening - a woman who is a specialist
in DID disorders and has served as an expert in three trials
in which the would-be criminal was convicted. Dobson hears
this and drops his tray. All eyes turn to him. Cameron warns
Dobson that this is a trap and he'd better get out of there.
Dobson insists that they can still turn this around. The
female psychiatrist says that she would have come to the
same conclusion that Cameron did, which is that Alexis faked
the DID. Dobson looks worried. The female psychiatrist said
that while preliminary findings would suggest that Alexis
was not faking the personality, further examination would
not suggest that. Why didn't she manifest it during the
birth or when she attacked Luis with the scissors? Therefore
Cameron was lying. Dobson looks stricken at the fact this
man might be in trouble because of Alexis. Judge Farmer
tells the room that Alexis cannot be charged for the same
crime twice -- it's double jeopardy. However, Cameron can
be arrested. Scott happily announces the police are on their
way; he also happily says that Cameron did it because he
fell in love with Alexis and he wanted to keep her from
going to prison. Dobson takes off his disguise and reveals
that it was he (Alexis), not Cameron that faked the DID
and that Cameron ought not to be blamed.
July
21, 2003
Alexis finishes taking off her disguise. Skye gleefully
informs the assembled crowd that Alexis has been breaking
the court order for months, and that she faked the DID.
Alexis admits she killed Lorenzo and she knew what she was
doing. Alexis explains, through the use of black & white
flashbacks, that she killed Luis in self-defense. Judge
Farmer disgustingly excuses herself and the other psychiatrist
because they will have to likely testify in the next trial.
Skye is elated when she thinks the case will be reopened
until it is pointed out that Alexis cannot be tried for
the same crime twice. Scott says he will bring charges against
her for other stuff that should net her 7 years in jail.
Ned says he will not. Alexis looks hopeful. Edward is still
stuck on the fact that Dobson saw him in his underwear.
Alexis says even that was worth spending more time with
her daughter. Skye, Ned & Scott head to the foyer to
discuss. Ned says that Scott will not send Alexis to jail.
AJ rubs Alexis' nose in the fact that when he asked her
to help get his son back she refused; now he cannot wait
to watch her suffer too. Ned reminds Scott of all the times
he personally went out of his way to screw him over, and
that he is now taking the opportunity to do the same thing
to him -- there will be no charges against Alexis. Scott
says he is recommending
Ned gets permanent and full custody. Alexis is not pleased.
Ned tells Scott he will not be arresting Cameron either.
Edward says he wants Alexis out of his house. Alexis leaves
the room and picks up Kristina. Skye goes into the foyer
and accuses her of kidnapping. Skye and Ned want to know
what Alexis is doing with the baby. She says she is saying
goodbye. Alexis points out that every single one of the
people in the room have twisted the law to suit their own
needs;
they ought not sit in judgment of her. She tells Skye that
she has taken a little girl away from her mother and tells
Ned he has assumed rights that he never had the right to
assume and that there is no way this is the end of things.
She hands him the baby; she and Cameron leave together.
Ned has the good sense to at least look a little concerned
that Alexis, unlike others, does not make empty threats.
July
22, 2003
Alexis, in glasses, tells Stefan she needs to get her baby
back and she will do anything to ensure that happens. He
asks her if she is willing to become a Cassadine again.
She says yes. Lucky and Scotty enter and want Stefan to
confess his crimes. Alexis listens uncomfortably as Lucky
lays out what he thinks happened to Summer. Stefan mentions
that Darius met with an accident; small planes are so dangerous.
Alexis is clearly torn; Lucky wants her to back him up;
she has just made this promise to Stefan. All eyes are on
her. Lucky is far from impressed with Alexis as all she
will offer to help him is that she doesn't think Luke killed
Summer, either. Lucky leaves. Scott asks Alexis what she
is doing there. She bids him goodnight. After he leaves
she accuses Stefan of killing Summer. Stefan asks Alexis
what Luke's ever done for her. She says Luke is innocent.
Stefan refuses to admit he tried to have Emily murdered.
He tells her that if she wants her baby back she will be
a Cassadine again -- completely.
July
24, 2003
Alexis hands Stefan a document that takes away Nikolas's
choices. She tells him she's not proud of it. He tells her
unless she can agree to meet his terms 100% she should tell
him she wants out now. She says she'll do anything to get
her daughter back; he takes a few jabs at her and her character.
Ned and Skye flirt. He says she deserves a prize -- the
most beautiful baby in the world. Ned lifts the baby out
of the buggy. He hands her to her as Alexis comes upon the
scene. Alexis calls Stefan and tells him she's in - he can
do anything to Ned.
July
30, 2003
Cameron runs into Alexis, who's been drinking, at the Grille.
He thanks her for putting herself on the line for him and
tells her that things could've gone a whole lot worse --
she wasn't charged with breaking the restraining order or
anything else. She says there's a new restraining order
now; she's lost her daughter forever and she wishes she'd
never met him. Alexis tells Cameron off. He points out all
the ways he kept her secret. She throws her drink on him.
He leaves. Skye brings Kristina to the hospital and puts
her in Bobbie's arms. Alexis shows up and asks what's wrong.
Skye reminds her of the new restraining order. Bobbie won't
let Alexis touch her own daughter. Skye tells Alexis if
she bursts into the examining room, she'll make sure she
gets arrested. Skye accuses Alexis of not putting Kristina's
needs first and of treating her like a possession. Alexis
tells her that she's going to see her daughter and no one
will stop her. She tears away from Skye and goes off to
locate Kristina. Alexis tries reasoning with Mac but he
insists she hand the baby back to Skye so he can arrest
her. Cameron shows up and she asks for his help. Mac asks
if he is going to weigh in. Cameron says it seems as though
Alexis broke the restraining order & if it were him,
he'd arrest her. She sarcastically thanks him for the payback
and stands as the officer arrests her. Alexis leaves a voicemail
for Stefan saying she wants to step up the plan. Bobbie
comes out with Kristina. She won't let Alexis hold her because
of the restraining order; Skye is nowhere in sight. An emergency
happens and Bobbie wants to help out. She allows Alexis
to hold Kristina. Two seconds later Mac, an officer and
Skye step out of the elevator to arrest Alexis.
July
31, 2003
At Wyndemere, Alexis thanks Stefan for getting her out of
prison. He tells her that he promised to keep her safe from
the Q's and he will deliver. Alexis tells Nikolas she can't
say congrats; he understands. She then tells Lydia she's
marrying a noble man. Lydia says Nik should feel lucky too
- since he's marrying all that money.
July
31, 2003
Stefan wants Alexis to make a toast. She lifts her glass
and gamely begins with "sometimes good things come
when you least expect them". Nikolas sarcastically
thanks everyone in attendance and exits. Zander goes to
the hospital to see Cameron. They discuss Alexis for a bit,
then Zander tells his father he's leaving town for good.
Alexis turns up at the hospital and asks for Cameron to
be paged. He shows up behind her. He wonders what plot she's
cooked up next. Very sincerely she asks him to treat her
- literally - because she doesn't want to end up as another
screwed up Cassadine.
August
6, 2003
A sign is up on the door of Kelly's advertising a breast
cancer walk on August 7th. The camera pans to Alexis &
Stefan. She tells Stefan that she wants to see her daughter
before first grade. Skye and Ned approach with the child.
Stefan loudly screams that Alexis is an embarrassment to
the family. Stefan continues to berate Alexis. She turns
around, sees the baby with Skye & Ned, tells Stefan
to go to hell, then leaves. Stefan tells them that he should
have left her in jail. Stefan tells Ned and Skye that he
plans to rebuild the family in a new way with Nik's help.
Too bad Alexis disgraced the family too much to fit into
the picture. Ned leaves. Skye tells Stefan while she believes
he would turn his back on his own sister, she doesn't think
he actually has. Alexis, in glasses and wearing the breast
cancer walk t-shirt, shows up to Cameron's for a session.
She chatters nervously as she settles in. She agrees to
let him tape the session and reiterates his unease at treating
her as his patient. He tells her anything else they share
must remain at the door. She keeps talking nervously. Alexis
tells Cameron she made a deal with the devil - her brother,
Stefan. She gives him a short back history of Stefan and
tells Cameron that in order to get her daughter back, Ned
will be proved an unfit parent. Cameron shuts off the tape
recorder. He tells her that she came here for absolution
and he will not grant it to her. He tells her that Ned is
the legal father and that she shouldn't ruin his life because
she doesn't like that he has custody, not her.
August
7, 2003
Lydia tells Stefan if Nik doesn't start acting like a husband,
she'll get the marriage annulled and find one elsewhere.
She leaves and Alexis enters, telling Stefan that girl should
eat something in an effort to seem more pleasant. A woman
watches Ned in the park. He exits. Skye tells AJ she wishes
she could guess Alexis' next move but that Stefan makes
her nervous. Ned hands Kristina to Alexis. Skye looks over
angrily but doesn't say a word. She tells AJ that she can't
say anything now because it would interfere with her future
plans. Cameron tells Alexis that a world of possibility
opens up when one is willing to make compromises. Stefan
looks on and hears Cameron telling her how much better it
is to compromise than to set out to ruin Ned. Alexis hands
Kristina back to Ned and he suggests perhaps they can work
out an agreement. She tells Stefan she thinks Ned is backing
down. Stefan stays it's too late because the plan is in
motion. The woman who was watching Ned earlier approaches
him and asks if he used to be Eddie Maine. She then smacks
him hard when he says yes.
August
8, 2003
The woman who's just slapped Ned tells him they met at an
Eddie Maine concert in Syracuse in 1994. That's the year
he started performing as Eddie, with Lois as his manager.
She storms off as Stefan, Alexis & Skye look on. Alexis
looks over the P.I. report and can't believe Stefan is using
THAT to try to get her kid back. Stefan says it sets a precedent.
Alexis tells Stefan she wishes there were another way to
fix this thing with Ned. He asks if she wants him to back
off the plan. She hears Skye prompting Kristina to call
her mama and Alexis tells Stefan to continue. Ned approaches
her and tells her it's been a long time since Eddie's Angel
and wishes they could work things out. She thanks him for
letting her hold her own daughter. Skye informs her not
to get used to it.
August
15, 2003
After being coldly rejected by Sonny when she asks for his
help, Alexis becomes resolved to have Stefan carry out his
plan against Ned. Stefan gives Alexis an out of town assignment
because he wants her to be gone when he makes his next ugly
move on Ned.
August
29, 2003
Alexis hands Stefan some papers and tells him that she got
her license reinstated and can practice law again. S he
asks if Ned will ever recover and Stefan says sure -- if
he ever gets out of prison.
September
2, 2003
At the PCPD Scott and Cameron are talking when Alexis enters.
Scott tells Cameron that Alexis' brother Stefan is the one
who was brought in today. Alexis passes by Cameron without
saying a word, enters the interrogation room with Stefan,
and asks for a moment alone with her brother. Stefan tells
Alexis the charges are ridiculous. She says there must be
something to them if they were enough to convince the police,
and more importantly, Nikolas, of his guilt. Cameron enters
and tells Alexis that Stefan set her up. Cameron asks Alexis
whether she enlisted Stefan's help in getting her daughter
back before or after he killed Summer. He asks her how many
murders have to be committed in the name of her daughter,
and then leaves. At the PCPD, Cameron tells Alexis she's
done enough covering up for one lifetime when it comes to
murder and asks how much more she's going to do in the name
of her daughter.
September 3, 2003
Alexis looks longingly at a photo of her and Kristina. Stefan
enters. She tells him the photo was sent by Ned, taken at
one of her supervised visits. She asks Stefan what his plan
is -- since the police are determined to put him away for
this murder. Alexis shows up and announces she's Stefan's
lawyer. Lucky berates her. At Wyndemere, Alexis tells Lydia
she might want to watch what she says -- people go to jail
for perjury. Lucky again berates Alexis. Alexis tells Stefan
she
spoke to Lydia who told her that she heard him dismiss Darius
when he killed the wrong person. Stefan says that perhaps
they can get Darius to admit that Lydia was in on it with
him and suggests Alexis find him. Alexis says no. At the
PCPD Alexis figures out that the Darius thing was a gaslighting
technique invented by Lucky and Lydia to make Stefan nervous.
September
4, 2003
At the PCPD, Alexis tells Stefan that framing Lydia will
cast suspicion on him. He says she has to find a way to
work with him. Alexis shows up to question Lydia further.
Alexis tells Lucky and Lydia that in the law there's a presumption
of innocence until proven guilty and that both he and his
father have benefited from that in the past: why shouldn't
Stefan? Lucky urges Alexis to go visit Emily. Alexis visits
Emily. She takes off her glasses and asks Emily if she knows
the
legend behind the bracelet Nikolas gave her.
September
5, 2003
Ned and Alexis run into each other on the street. He tells
her Alice is taking Kristina to the park tomorrow and asks
if she wants to join them. She says she's going to be out
of town. A very young girl 'bumps into' them on the street.
The young girl pulls out a CD and asks "Eddie"
to sign it. She then recognizes Alexis and asks if she's
Eddie's Angel. Alexis deflects. The girl leaves and Ned
asks if Alexis had something to do with that. Alexis says
no. Alexis shows up at the PCPD and tells Stefan that she
is leaving town. He says that's not a good idea because
if she leaves, she'll never have a chance at getting her
daughter back. Alexis tells Stefan she will ensure he isn't
found guilty. He threatens her some more.
