Mac shows up and tells them that the autopsy report showed a different kind of blood on Chloe than hers and asks Stefan for a DNA sample. Alexis doesn't want him to do it but he agrees. Stefan asks Jax to take good care of his sister. Before leaving the hotel, Alexis and Stefan head to Helena's room to confront her. Alexis stops Stefan from strangling Helena. Alexis tells him to stay away from her in future.

September 20, 2001
WARDROBE: loose slate gray suit. Alexis tells Sonny she needs a bodyguard willing to do anything. She then asks him for another drink; he says no. He asks her what's wrong. She wonders why it's so easy to trust him and no one else. Jax tells Alexis that Kristina has been moved and she has to promise not to tell Stefan where she is. Jax gives Alexis Angel's address. Alexis shows up on Angel's doorstep.

September 21, 2001
Angel listens as Alexis questions her. Alexis tells Angel that maintaining a relationship with both Jax and Sonny simultaneously is tricky. Angel and Alexis realize Carly has been snooping. Alexis is called to the PCPD.

September 24, 2001
WARDROBE: black suit w/ skirt. Alexis is called to the PCPD and tells Stefan that the DNA is a match between him and the blood on Chloe's body. Alexis doesn't want Laura to hear about her and Stefan. She tells her brother this isn't the time for it, and that he's not getting out of there anytime soon.

October 2, 2001
WARDROBE: checkered 3-piece suit w/ pants. Ned asks what Kristina is to her. Alexis is asked why she didn't tell Ned the truth. She says she has no idea. Kristina is curious about the past relationship that Alexis had with Ned.

October 3, 2001
Alexis tells Kristina that she and Ned were involved. Alexis wonders why Jax brought Ned into this. She asks what he was thinking as she narrows one eye at him. Ned rattles off her characteristics and concludes by calling her one of the most amazing women he's ever met.

October 4, 2001
Alexis visits Stefan and is surprised when he gives her Power of Attorney over the Cassadine estate. Kristina shows up at his jail cell and both are surprised. Stefan tells Kristina to do as Jax says.

October 5, 2001
Scott and Alexis beg Laura to reveal what's wrong with Stefan. Once alone with Alexis, Laura says that she thinks Stavros is alive again. Alexis doesn't believe it. Alexis heads to Wyndemere where she overhears Stavros speaking and realizes Laura was right.

October 8, 2001
Alexis pretended not to have heard anything and Helena buys it. Alexis quickly returns to the PCPD and tells Stefan he was right.

October 10, 2001
Laura and Alexis aid in Stefan's prison break. At the hospital, Jax catches Stefan and Alexis, quickly joined by Sonny, asks him to let him go.

October 11, 2001
Jax thinks Stefan is guilty; Alexis begs him to let him go. He does but Jax is disappointed in her. When Alexis confesses her worries to Sonny he says he'll put guards on her. Sonny asks if she's OK. She says she wants the truth, always the truth, even if she can't give it back to him.

October 12, 2001
Ned learns that Kristina and Alexis are sisters. Jax and Kristina try to cover. Alexis shows up and Ned angrily berates her for keeping this news from him, and even more so when he learns she told Sonny. He says that normally he applauds people for honesty. Ned says that he may have had her heart but he never had her. Alexis gets a call from Taggert. She tells him not to let Stavros go.

October 15, 2001
Alexis is unhappy when she shows up and finds Taggert has allowed Stavros to escape. Taggert asks Jax if he helped with Stefan's escape. She says she needs Jax to keep Kristina safe from this man.

October 17, 2001
Alexis tells Sonny he seems a little tense and asks what Carly has done this time. She tells him she wishes he'd been on the island growing up with her. He asks if he's a selfish jerk. She tells him if he adopts Michael he'll be tied to Carly forever, but perhaps that's what he wants. She tells him she's not the most maternal person. He asks where the kitchen is and informs her that he is spending the night.

October 18, 2001
Carly is displeased upon learning that Sonny is spending the night in Alexis' penthouse. She asks Alexis for a new set of divorce papers. Sonny apologizes to Alexis for Carly's behavior. Alexis remarks that it's odd that Carly would be jealous of their relationship, such as it is. She gives him a blanket and pillow and heads upstairs. Alexis finds herself having an extremely intense dream wherein she's making out with Sonny. She wakes up and is shocked to see him standing in front of her looking the way he did in the dream.

October 19, 2001
Alexis tells herself, in voice-over format, to relax. Sonny thinks there's something wrong with her. He sits in the bed and feels her forehead. They head downstairs together where she tries to distract him -- and herself -- from that dream. The police show up and say that they have to take Sonny for questioning. WARDROBE: white blouse; black blazer; skirt. Alexis, Sonny and half of Port Charles citizens wind up at Sorel's house.

October 22, 2001
Threats abound, as do confessions but when all is said and done, nothing is really resolved. Alexis says that no one should be assuming anything.

October 24, 2001
Alan berates Alexis for defending Sonny. Alexis asks Mac why he's not trying to solve Chloe's murder.

October 29, 2001
WARDROBE: jeans, coral sweater set. Alexis says she has a problem with something he did, and asks him not to touch her. She tells him that her gut reaction to his marriage is not what he wants to hear. She gives him three options; he gives her a half hug.

October 30, 2001
WARDROBE: black coat; white/gray pinstriped blouse. Alexis shows up to get Jax released from jail. He tells her that he knows about Stavros. Alexis walks in on Ned and Kristina in a close moment at L&B. They wonder where Jax is.

October 31, 2001
Helena pays a visit to Alexis' home. She has Jax temporarily dispatched and asks Alexis if she'd enjoy a reunion with her brother. Alexis asks which one she's referring to.
