WARDROBE: gray buttoned sleeveless linen blouse; pants. She has trouble opening her door. Sonny shows up and does it. They go across the hall to talk. She tells him she wants to borrow two of his best men for something dangerous and criminal. He tells her to breathe. She tells him that one cannot legislate against evil. She asks if he'll help steal her mother's necklace. He says no. She opens up about how Helena killed her mother. Sonny talks about his childhood too.

August 3, 2001
Alexis tries to steal the necklace and sets off the security sensors. Ned shows up and covers for her. He wants her to tell him what's wrong but she says that she can't explain this to him. Alexis tells Helena she's not leaving without her mother's necklace. Alexis lunges at Helena. Taggert wants to impound the necklace but it's gone. Alexis can't believe that Helena can get away with that.

August 10, 2001
WARDROBE: red satin blouse; red sparkly pants. At the auction Luke shows up to interrupt. He propositions Alexis publicly. Luke says Nikolas will bring Helena down. Luke spills all, but is kicked out. He asks if she is offering to be his legal eagle and calls her Legs. She says she'll give him her legal services in exchange for information about Helena. Alexis bids on an Asian statue. When she wins it, she smashes it and tells Helena that's precisely what she'll do to her if she keeps coming after her.

August 13, 2001
Ned and Alexis discuss Jax' return. Jax is vague on what he found out during his time away. Alexis asks Jax if he wants Chloe back because Stefan really loves her and he's making an effort to change.

August 15, 2001
Jax tells Alexis his feelings for Chloe weren't as strong as they should have been to be with her the way he was. Jax fingers the necklace and calls out for someone named Kristina.

August 20, 2001
WARDROBE: coral three-piece suit w/ pants. Alexis tells Stefan it feels like Stavros is here. They realizes it's Helena, not Stavros. Gia shows up and they inquire as to where she got that brooch. Stefan authenticates it. Alexis tells him that Helena is trying to distract them from helping Nikolas.

August 22, 2001
Alexis walks into Sonny's office and finds Taggert harassing Sonny. Alexis says "stop harassing my client" like it's second nature to her. Sonny touches her back. She says she's now ready to resume the job. Sonny tells her he'd rather get another lawyer than lose her with a friend. She says compared to Helena he's just a breath of fresh air. He allows her to be his lawyer again.

August 24, 2001
Alexis meets up with Jax at the Grille as her his request. He asks her about the ice princess. She tells him to cut the crap. When Chloe and Ned show up they remark that the fab four aren't feeling so fab.

August 25, 2001
Paramedics are called for Chloe. She is fine. Sonny asks Alexis to defend Angel. Alexis agrees to represent her. Mac says he needs her as a witness.

August 29, 2001
WARDROBE: lavender shimmery blouse; pale matching pants; white tank top. Sonny shows up and says he wants a divorce. She asks if it's so he can spend more time with Angel. Kristina calls but doesn't say anything when Alexis answers. Alexis wants Sonny to apologize. He puts his hands on her back. She tells him she didn't' betray him and she wants to be treated differently. "So Angel's a friend?" she asks. Alan shows up and tells Sonny to stay away from all of his children. Sonny tells Alexis to keep AJ away from Michael.

August 30, 2001
WARDROBE: printed blouse w/ red splashes; black slip dress. Alexis visits Chloe at the hospital where she swears off men. Chloe says she doesn't blame Jax. They discuss her Florence Nightingale complex. Alexis says she wants to dazzle the courtroom in her custom made pinstripes.

August 31, 2001
Jax wants Alexis to come with him. She calls it a bad luck Friday. Jax shows her the necklace. She accuses him of steeling her mother's necklace. She tells him she didn't discuss it with Ned and she's not discussing it with him. He tells her that Kristina is alive.

September 3, 2001
Alexis tells Jax this is a really big deal and thanks him. She asks him what the protocol is. She stands up to get shoes. He can't believe she keeps her shoes in her desk drawer. She tells him they're filed under S for shoes. They realize Chloe is missing. Alexis suggests perhaps she went with Stefan on her own. He says that Stefan would die before hurting her. Alexis worries they'll drown on the boat over to Wyndemere.

September 4, 2001
Alexis and Jax find Stefan with Chloe's lifeless body. Alexis tells Stefan not to say a word.

September 5, 2001
Jax is angered when Alexis refuses to believe Stefan killed Chloe. At the PCPD Ned blames Stefan for Chloe's death. Alexis tells Stefan he has to stay in jail. When Alexis sees him, she breaks down in his arms and he comforts her. Alexis tells Ned that Chloe never gave up on them.

September 6, 2001
Alexis thanks Ned for comforting her but tells him that she has to be strong for Stefan. Kristina meets Alexis but Alexis blows her off in order to concentrate on the case. Kristina leaves in a huff. Alexis goes to Jax' and apologizes for her earlier bad mood, and tells him that as much as she wants to meet Kristina she thinks it's better to do it later. Kristina emerges from the other room and tells her it's too late. Alexis enfolds Kristina in her arms and, crying, says that she's found her little sister.

September 7, 2001
Kristina and Alexis stayed up all night long talking. Alexis recounts how she'd felt guilty all these years because she thought that she was responsible for Kristina's death. Kristina assures her that she had a very happy life.

September 10, 2001
Alexis posts bail for Stefan. She tells him that Chloe was murdered brutally and she doesn't think he did it. WARDROBE: black suit w/ skirt, tank top. Jax is angry when Stefan shows up at Chloe's memorial. Jax kicks Stefan out. Alexis and Ned begin snarking at one another. Alexis says goodbye to Chloe. She says she's going to the wake.

September 18, 2001
Alexis asks Stefan what he's doing with a gun. She reassures him that their lives are not worthless. She says there's hope for them. She takes Stefan to meet Kristina.

September 19, 2001
Kristina is happy to meet Stefan, despite Jax' disapproval. Mac shows up and tells them that the autopsy report showed a different kind of blood on Chloe than hers and asks Stefan for a DNA sample. Alexis doesn't want him to do it but he agrees.
