Alexis hears Carly pounding on the penthouse doors. She comes out of her place and asks Carly to stop doing that. She says she isn't helping anyone by making that kind of noise and putting that kind of pressure on Sonny.

WARDROBE: loose slate gray suit. Alexis finds Sonny's front door open. She gingerly steps inside and sees a bullet has gone through the mirror. Sonny assures her that everything's fine. Alexis tells Sonny she's his friend. The FBI shows up. Sonny tells them to leave. After they go, Alexis tells Mike about Carly.

Alexis is slightly offended when, upon being arrested, Lucky chooses Scott as his lawyer over her. Sonny and Skye are arguing when Ned and Alexis shows up. Alexis remarks that Sonny pays well when she's working for him. She tells him he's the most blatantly obvious overbearing brokenhearted man she ever met. She tells him that she was wrong and that he's her friend and she is his.

WARDROBE: tiny gray checkered shirt. Alexis shows up at the PCPD and finds Sonny and Sorel having a friendly chat. She asks what's going on. Alexis takes Sonny back to the penthouse and asks him why he went to see Sorel. She doesn't know if she should stay or go. He tells her it's up to her. Zander shows up and asks for a job.

June 4, 2001
WARDROBE: blue jogging pants; gray short-sleeved T-shirt, gray socks. Sonny shows up on her doorstep and tells her to be ready in five minutes as he's taking her out to dinner. She tells him she can't cook; she burns things. He insists they go to dinner. WARDROBE: red/orange satin drawstring blouse; matching skirt. Taggert shows up to interrupt their meal. Alexis tries to take his mind off of Carly. Back at the penthouse, Sonny tells her she's a survivor. He says, "if your back was against a wall I wonder if you'd kill someone. I think you might". Alexis says she hopes she never has to find out.

WARDROBE: white/gray striped blouse w/ tie; black skirt. Carly answers the door of the penthouse and Alexis is surprised to see her. Carly wants Alexis out. She and Carly argue. The FBI show up to get Carly. Alexis tells Carly to shut up. Alexis points out Sonny wouldn't be in this mess if she hadn't sold him out. Carly accuses Alexis of wanting Sonny.

Alan shows up at the penthouse angered by the fact that Zander may be putting Emily in danger again. Alexis tells Alan that Sonny is gone. Carly shows up and kicks Alan out, then asks Alexis what they're going to do about Sonny. Alexis tells her not to mistake her for an ally. She tells Carly she hopes Sonny never takes her back after what she did.

June 22, 2001
Alexis finds Zander at Sonny's warehouse with a gun. She tries to calm him down. AJ shows up and says Emily needs him. Zander takes off. AJ grabs Alexis' arm. She informs him that Zander would willingly give his own life for Emily. Alexis shows up at GH and sees Emily.

WARDROBE: maroon striped blouse; black tank top; black suit w/ pants. AJ shows up and Alexis tells him he has no case. Carly receives a summons from Angel. Alexis tells Carly she'll handle everything.

WARDROBE: charcoal dress w/ silver embroidery; shawl. Alexis asks Laura for money for Carly from Deception. She says she feels sorry for her. Carly tries to hire Alexis to sue Angel. Mike reassures Alexis that Sonny's OK. Mike offers to take Carly home but she says no.

Chloe meets Ned and Alexis at the Grille. Stefan shows up and offers his help to Emily. Ned says he'll never believe a Cassadine can change their colors. She wonders if he's referring to her as well.

July 5, 2001
WARDROBE: plum pants; lilac T-shirt; gray/white striped blouse. Alexis tells Carly to come to the park with her. The Quartermaines are mean to her; they argue collectively. Alexis says she wanted a private settlement. SheDaisy performs.

Ned and Alexis fight some more about her seemingly unwavering loyalty to Sonny. Ned asks her if she plans on spending the rest of her life cleaning up after Sonny. She tells him he doesn't like AJ any more than she likes Carly. Ned says their problems are less about them and more about Sonny. Ned accuses her of liking Sonny. Carly tells her they should go -- it's creepy there. Alexis says "you cost people Carly".

July 11, 2001
WARDROBE: light brown suit w/ pockets; blue blouse. Alexis meets up with Mike at Kelly's. She says "trust me, Mike. Sonny does". Mike accuses her of crushing on Sonny. She's horrified and tells him it's nothing more than friendship. She asks if he thinks that Sonny moved her across the hall so they could have a quickie in the elevator. She tells him if another woman came into Sonny's life she'd be happy. Mike thinks the lady doth protest too much. Alexis heads out to the docks where she runs into Sonny who says it seems he's been away too long. She tells him she's been working for Carly and that she's hurting. She asks where he's going.

July 12, 2001
Alexis goes to the penthouse where she wants Carly to open the door. Sorel pulls her inside so that he'll have two hostages instead of just one. Sorel holds a gun on Alexis as Carly picks up the phone.

July 13, 2001
Zander overhears Sorel. He is about to save everyone's lives when he is caught and Sorel shoots him. Carly throws herself in front of Zander and begs Sorel to take her instead. Sonny shows up and tells Sorel he heard he was looking for him.

July 16, 2001
Sorel agrees that everyone can leave as long as Sonny stays. Alexis shepherds them across the hall and then calls the cops. The building is suddenly rocked by an explosion.

July 17, 2001
Taggert wakes up and checks on Alexis. No one can find Sonny. At the hospital Ned is pleased to see that Alexis is OK but he is displeased to find her main concern is for Sonny.

July 20, 2001
Monica tells Alexis that Sorel will probably die. Alexis is unhappy to learn that she has to keep her arm in a sling. Helena comments that Nikolas is finally turning into his father. Alexis asks her to leave them alone. Alexis tells Monica she's not leaving until she's sure that Zander is OK. Sonny shows up and she's very happy to see him. She says she hopes he has insurance. She then bids him goodnight.

July 25, 2001
WARDROBE: black pants, black shirt, coral blazer w/ pinstripes. At the Grille, Alexis asks Stefan whose idea it was for Gia to move out. Nikolas shows up and is rather rude; he accuses them of ganging up on him. He lashes out. They say they don't know if it's a game but it needs to stop before it goes too far. Nikolas dismisses Alexis. Alexis asks Lucky what's wrong with Nikolas. Alexis tells Lucky that Helena killed her mother. Lucky explains to Stefan and Alexis precisely when Luke started acting weird. They realize they're looking at Stavros' medallion. Alexis gets a box out of her closet and drops it, but Ned catches it. She says she's worried about Nikolas.

July 31, 2001
On Helena's yacht, Alexis tells Helena that Nikolas' father was a bully and a drunk. She picks up her mother's necklace and asks what she's doing with it. Alexis says it's hers and she's taking it. Montage: "You Won't Be Mine" by Matchbox Twenty.
