April 12, 1999
Alexis wakes up after the helicopter crash and panics when she can't find Jax. Alexis calls for mayday but isn't sure anyone hears her. Suddenly Jax appears and she runs into his arms. Jax and Alexis surmise that Helena probably sabotaged the helicopter. Alexis worries they will die but Jax reassures her that he's going to fix the radio and they'll be fine. Jax describes what it will be like to watch the sun rise in the desert. Alexis says, "I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to that. I'm thinking maybe, 'Lawrence of Arabia.' Camels. Do they have any wild camels, like a whole big herd?" Jax tries not to laugh too hard at her.

April 13, 1999
Jax reassures Alexis that they will not be eaten alive by wild animals. Alexis tells Jax that Ned warned her against going away with him. Jax finds the bug and proceeds to further fix the radio.

April 15, 1999
Alexis invites Jax into her bed and tells him that his virtue is safe with her. Alexis remarks that the wind is really picking up. Alexis explains to Jax why Ned is the perfect man. The radio sputters to life in protest to her "Ned is the perfect man" speech.

April 21, 1999
Alexis asks if he ever contemplates "just giving up". He says he's never even considered that possibility. Alexis begins to try to work the radio and she manages to find Ned. The radio craps out before Jerry can discern their coordinates from Jax. Alexis places her head on Jax's shoulder. She talks about getting a seaweed wrap in Gstaad. He says he would give anything to see her in a pea coat. Alexis lays her head in Jax's lap. Suddenly, Jerry, Ned & V rush in.

April 22, 1999
Alexis squeals as Ned arrives, then promptly tells him he's late. The assembled crowd hangs out in the cave, talking. It's clear they're all really happy to see one another. Ned tells Jax he's not very happy that the little joyride he took with Alexis nearly got her killed. Alexis reassures Ned that none of this was Jax's fault and that she may be ready to consider abandoning her plan to regain what's rightfully hers.

May 4, 1999
WARDROBE: long gray skirt & blazer; gray collared blouse; butterfly clip. When Stefan threatens her, Alexis bristles and tells him the only people still in harm's way are himself and Nikolas. Alexis can't believe her own brother doesn't seem to care that she nearly died at Helena's hands. She tells him she was wrong; she concedes and she's done. Alexis says to Ned, "I've officially turned in my key or you could just ravage me." "Good choice," she answers when he pounces. In Suite 902, Alexis tells Ned she can't believe she ever coveted the keys to the Cassadine kingdom. Ned and Alexis are about to make love when Edward shows up to bellow at his grandson. He asks Alexis if perhaps she'd be more comfortable in the other room.

May 5, 1999
WARDROBE: white blouse, black suit. Tony tells Alexis he won't be called to testify in the custody trial. Jason shows up and Alexis tells him in order to get him custody she's going to have to go after Carly. Jason tells Alexis not to say anything negative about Carly. Alexis tells him that even Bobbie told her to go for it. Later on, Jax says that she's even more remarkable than he could've imagined. Alexis tells Ned, "If you don't tell me how you are going to double-cross Edward, I will never do that thing that you like that I do to you ever again." Realizing he likes the thing, he begins to explain.

May 6, 1999
Alexis announces she wants her clients freed. When Taggert fails to provide proof of Jason's alleged dirty dealings, Alexis announces she wants him freed immediately. They say they'll let Sonny go but Jason? Not so much.

May 7,1999
WARDROBE: gray suit. Dara, holding a grudge, won't allow Jason to be released. Back in court on the stand, Carly blatantly lies. Bobbie and Emily give glowing praise on the stand of Jason. On the stand Jason is being battered by AJ's lawyer when Carly stands up to stop it.

May 12, 1999
WARDROBE: red dress w/sweetheart neckline; matching bolero. Alexis shows up at the gatehouse and finds Ned strumming his guitar. He can tell she's worried she'll lose Jason's custody case. Ned reassures her, then tells her she's spectacular. Alexis and Ned discuss Chloe and the love letters. Ned tells Alexis that hearing what Edward wrote to Lila made him realize something -- he loves her. Crying, Alexis admits that she loves him too. She tries to beat a hasty retreat but he prevents it. They revel in their love for one another and in the fact they were finally able to admit it.

May 13, 1999
WARDROBE: brown tank top. In court, the judge announces he's reached a decision. Jason is given partial custody. Alexis pats him on the back. Carly & AJ realize they can appeal the decision.

May 19, 1999
WARDROBE: gray blouse; matching cargo skirt. Jax runs into Alexis at the Grille. He invites her to have coffee with him but she says she can't -- she's had enough coffee already. Jax congratulates her on winning the case; she congratulates him on acquiring ELQ stock from Katherine. Alexis retires to her suite. Ned shows up. She's been reading his love letter and when she sees him in person she pulls him to her and tells him he's not going anywhere. She asks him to read the love letter aloud to her and when he does, she hangs on every word. Encouraged by her reaction, he begins to improvise, which it turns out she likes more than the original letter.

May 20, 1999
WARDROBE: black dress with plunging neckline. At Carly and AJ's engagement party, Alexis hangs out with V and Ned.

May 26, 1999
WARDROBE: pale pink sparkly blouse & matching bolero. Before Carly & AJ's wedding, Alexis hangs out with Ned, Jax & V. The wedding goes off without many hitches. Afterwards Alexis asks if a pre-nuptial agreement was signed. Carly and AJ cut the cake. Alexis tries to say something nice to Carly but can't quite form the words. Carly asks what makes her think she can be so superior when her family is freakier than the Qs. Alexis agrees.

June 2, 1999
WARDROBE: pale pink suit. Alexis and Ned meet up on the docks. She peels an orange and he says he should get back to the office and clean up a few things before AJ takes over. Alexis tells him it's a gorgeous day and she just wants him there with her. Alexis doesn't understand why Ned can't just do what he wants -- everyone else in his family does. Ned agrees to call Edward's bluff and Alexis tells him she'll be his groupie. Jax and Chloe show up, wet from an unexpected dip in the water. They chat and then Jax and Chloe turn to go. Alexis slaps Jax's behind. Alone again, Alexis goes through Ned's pockets looking for another love letter. She finds it, reads it, and kisses him.

June 7, 1999
WARDROBE: white blouse; long gray suit. Alexis meets Jason and Sonny at the PCPD. Alexis meets Hannah. She asks Taggert if he's done things by the book. She heads over to Sonny and asks if he's innocent or guilty. Sonny says that everyone's innocent until proven guilty. Since he won't answer her, she tells him she can't do it this time. She then tells Jason it would be a good idea for him to leave immediately.

June 9, 1999
WARDROBE: beige blouse; skirt. Ned and Alexis discuss Simon's relentless pursuit of V. Ned suggests Alexis could give Simon a few pointers in how to capture V's heart but Alexis tells him that's not a very good idea.

June 16, 1999
WARDROBE: black pants; white blouse. Alexis heads into the gatehouse and seeing a figure on the couch, pounces. Unfortunately it's Jax that she jumps, not Ned. She asks Jax if he makes a habit of going into other people's houses. He tells her that she and Ned must have a pretty athletic relationship. She hits him with the throw pillow. He tells her they made a good team but she begs to differ. She tells him she wants no part of going after Helena. Jax heads into the kitchen. Ned and Chloe return. Jax emerges from the kitchen eating chips. Ned wants to know why he's there. Jax and Ned discuss AJ's role in ELQ as the women look on, offering opinion and insight. After Jax and Chloe leave, Alexis attempts to jump Ned like she jumped Jax. It doesn't work out in the same manner.

June 18, 1999
WARDROBE: black sheer cap sleeve dress w/ satin skirt. Jax, Alexis, Ned, V, Simon and Chloe toast. At the Nurses' Ball, Edward crows about the wonderfulness that is AJ. Alexis asks if Ned's OK. He says he's OK.

June 23, 1999
Alexis shows up to make sure Ned is OK with the fact that Edward is ousting him as CEO of ELQ in favor of AJ. Ned announces to the family that from now on they can pack their own parachutes because he's washing his hands of them.
June 24, 1999
WARDROBE: pink shirt; khaki pants. Alexis and V encourage Ned to sing. V leaves; Ned and Alexis make love. Ned asks if she'd move away with him, if the opportunity arose. He says when he looks at the future, she's in it. She tells him she knows that he and Jax like each other, deep down.

June 25, 1999
WARDROBE: gray blazer; pants. Alexis looks over Uncle Herbert's will and tells Chloe she's going to lose her company unless she meets his eighteenth century demands. Alexis tells Chloe if she doesn't go along with the Philistine thing, she'll lose her company. Chloe is devastated.
