Alexis tells Stefan they may be able to avoid having to break open the coffin. Stefan opens the casket and gasps. "I don't understand." Stefan learns the casket was purchased in November 1968 which means Kristin emigrated in 1964. Alexis is near tears. Alexis asks him if he thinks it would help Katherine to know she's in love with her brother. She whispers "I'm sorry." Stefan asks if she was watching. She says "I wish I didn't. I'm not comfortable with manipulation. Turns out I'm quite good at it. I didn't want to do this and I hope to God I never have to do it again." Alexis sees Katherine and Stefan kissing. Alexis tells him, "I know what she means to you and if it makes you feel any better, I'm sorry."

September 18, 1997
WARDROBE: black pants, satin ivory blouse, red striped blazer. Alexis asks Stefan why he didn't tell her he was raiding the ELQ's Far East Operations. When explaining why she likes Ned, she tells Stefan "He's amusing and he's very smart and he knows how hard it is to take care of people for their own good."

September, 1997
WARDROBE: apricot blouse, silver pinstriped suit w/four buttons and pockets. Alexis is surprised to see Katherine in the conservatory. Katherine reveals she spent the night in Stefan's bed. Alexis asks Stefan if he slept with Katherine. "I heard shouting." Alexis gets Stefan some ice after the break-up with Katherine. She tells him that no matter what he did, that's still no excuse for her punching him in the face. "I'll have someone make sure she made it to the launch." Katherine comes back. Alexis tells Stefan he needs to hold firm where Katherine is concerned. Nikolas is surprised to learn Katherine spent the night with Stefan. It's confirmed that Katherine is off the island.

September, 1997
WARDROBE: ruffled brown blouse, eggplant blazer and matching pants. Alexis produces Katherine's termination papers. Alexis continues the conversation after Katherine realizes she's being fired. Alexis urges Katherine not to embarrass herself. "I'll call you if anything comes up." She tries to comfort Stefan. "At least you know she's safe."

October 3, 1997
At the Quartermaines, Alexis meets Brooke-Lynn. Lois tries to discern Alexis' place in Ned's life. Alexis asks Nikolas if she can help; he says no. Katherine shows up and Alexis tries to make her leave. Alexis says, "Your reputation precedes you, Katherine. Your endless finagling, your countless identities, your blackmail schemes. Did you honestly think that brave, vacuous smile from the hospital bed would erase all of those things? Frogs may make good princes in fairy tales, but murderesses/adulteresses tend not to make good wives. If sheer volume and repetition were enough to change his mind, you two would be together right now. But Stefan does what he wants and he gets what he wants -- and he doesn't want you." Katherine says, "And you, of course. Mom, Dad, child, dog, a few bats in the belfry. Bobbie Spencer you could tolerate because you knew that marriage was just an inconvenience. But me -- I bet I'm the only threat you've ever really had." Alexis, trying to seem annoyed still, but her curiosity getting the better of her, asks "A threat to what? No. (quietly) It's poetic justice. You may have your accusation, Katherine, if that makes you feel better. It's instructive in a way." Alexis says, "Katherine, this has..... got to stop...." She sees Kat going up the stairs and follows her, grabbing her arm. There is a struggle, both women almost fall, but Alexis grabs onto the railing, as Katherine falls. After realizing Katherine is OK Stefan and Alexis kick her out. Alexis explains to Stefan how Katherine came to fall.

October, 1997
WARDROBE: khaki suit w/4 buttons; black satin blouse with silver paisley-like designs. Nikolas wants to meet with Stefan. Alexis expresses her surprise that Nikolas chose Katherine as his emergency contact. Edward wants Katherine reinstated. Alexis announces that Mr. Cassadine is not obligated to contact the board to fire Katherine. Alexis tells Stefan they could reverse his decision. Katherine is defiant. Stefan points out the massive discrepancies in her work. Stefan says he felt guilty for Katherine's shooting. Katherine dismisses Alexis. Alexis reassures Stefan. Alexis wants Stefan to put it out of his mind. Alexis wants Stefan to go home. Ned calls. Luke and Katherine are exiting the elevator as Stefan and Alexis are entering it. Dirty looks are exchanged all around. Alexis says she didn't disqualify Katherine because she was merely a threat. Stefan hears Alexis talking about him. Stefan wants Ned's Indonesian trip to fail.

October, 1997
Katherine and Luke find Alexis and Stefan at the Outback. Alexis and Stefan discuss Katherine's childish behavior. Alexis leaves a voicemail for Ned saying she hopes he comes back before she's past her peak. She then says she wishes he were taking her home. Alexis asks Luke why he thinks she's an ordinary woman. He says "You're a fascinating woman." Alexis says "Yes, I have power of attorney. I AM his attorney." Alexis finds Luke with binoculars gazing out at Spoon Island. They exchange barbs. "Oh dear, not the binoculars again." "Some people need hobbies. Most people in your family are willing to kill for what they want. Are you?" "Can I interest you in a short walk to the Harborview Towers? I'd rather be shot myself." Alexis wants Luke to give up the war. Alexis tries to convince Stefan not to tell Nikolas the truth about Katherine. Talking to Nik and Stefan, Alexis quips, "It could be worse. We could be Spencers."

October, 1997
WARDROBE: camel-colored suit with black buttons; black shirt. Alexis asks Stefan if sabotaging ELQ is absolutely necessary. Alexis asks Stefan, "It isn't important -- why are you grilling me?" At the PC Grille. "The man that just walked in is the town nuisance."

October 24, 1997
WARDROBE: plum velvet dress; long plum coat; black hair clip. Speaking with Luke, she says, "They'll tear him limb from limb." "You're probably one of those cellular bandits."

October 27, 1997
WARDROBE: charcoal gray blazer; gold-ish blouse w/ single buttonhole.
"What if I told you I was a vegetarian?" Speaking to Ned, Alexis says, "You know why I'm here." "I'll leave you a message on your voice mail." "Except for her eyes she looked exactly like you." She's having a conversation with Stefan. "Instead of asking me to break things off with Ned. I haven't neglected my duties." "Here are the Jakarta contracts. Would you like to check my work?"

October 30, 1997
WARDROBE: black dress w/ x-strap. Leo gives her the papers. She calls Ned. Ned finds out from Julia that the Cassadines did raid Jakarta. He calls Alexis and tells her to show up now. "How much would I do for you? I'd cook you breakfast. I'd fold your trousers once a month." Ned plays games instead of asking directly if she was responsible for Jakarta. Ned says, "Because I've met the enemy... and the enemy is you."

November 3, 1997
Alexis says, "Let go of my hand." Alexis says "Those feelings that you thought I had for you, I still do." Alexis asks Ned "What do you want me to do?" Ned says, "What the hell -- we hardly knew each other. We weren't even friends." Alexis says to Stefan, "I thought I had dinner plans but there was no dinner... and now there are no plans." "I am also your attorney." Alexis can't find the papers. Stefan shows up. "Looking for these?" Alexis stalls. Alexis shreds the papers.

November, 1997
WARDROBE: black dress; long red blazer. Alexis walks into the Outback and sees Ned and Edward. Edward is nice to Alexis, then leaves. Ned tells her that he didn't tell his grandfather about her deceptions. Alexis thinks Ned is lying. Jax hovers in the background. Sonny is mentioned in Alexis' presence. She receives a phone call.

November 10, 1997
Katherine wants to finish this. Alexis says it's not a competition. Katherine warns Alexis that Stefan will find out. Luke says, "You're my hobby, Ms. Davis. You're truly very interesting." Alexis says, "Why on earth didn't I shoot you when I had the chance?" Luke and Alexis talk. "You seem angry - what's wrong?" "You took the papers." "Luke might be privy to what was in those papers." WARDROBE: chocolate brown suit; v-neck; small buttons. "Why do you want to stay?" Alexis listens to the reasons Nikolas wants to stay. "Stefan -- what are you doing here?" "Searching for the truth." "George's family is looking for him." Alexis meets a nun. "I think I'll take a nap before dinner." WARDROBE: short black dress; striped long blazer; medallion. "Stefan -- you wanted to see me?" "My loyalty to the family deserves no reward." "I didn't realize you were searching for George." Alexis talks to Tony and Edward. A farewell meeting. "So, you'll be at the meeting?" Alexis calls Leo. Another near catfight with Katherine. Stefan tells Alexis to find Nikolas.

November 20, 1997
Alexis finds Ned at the Outback and turns to go. Alexis says, "I was under the impression that my happiness no longer meant anything to you." Alexis: It's my typing. I just can't seem to get my fingers to do that they should..

Alexis and Stefan talk. "Sit down." "Who else could ever lay claim to?" Alexis maintains, "I did it for you."
