WARDROBE: plum suit, brown overcoat with black collar. 01/30/1997. In court, Alexis tells Monica she's going to have to work on Quartermaine solidarity when no one shows up at the trial. In court, Alexis says that justice and common sense will prevail in this courtroom. Dorman is called to the stand. Dorman is sworn in.
Dorman testifies; Alexis objects. Alexis tells Kevin that it's OK and they might not even get to him today. Alexis wants Monica to remain steady. On the stand, Alexis tells Dorman, "Dr. Dorman, you have just screwed up bigtime. Bet you don't even know how, do you?" Alexis tries unsuccessfully to prevent Alan from hitting Dorman. "I happen to know a place where the drinks are free." "I thought you'd never ask."

February, 1997
WARDROBE: brown coat w/black collar and black buttons; black gloves. Khaki suit with double buttons, mid-sized lapel. Alexis wonders why Stefan asked to meet him there. Alexis suggests she's very worried about Stefan and that she thinks maybe he needs a vacation. "Ever since we were children I watched you manipulate everything and everyone to get what you wanted." Alexis learns Luke has escaped prosecution for Katherine's shooting. She tries to call Stefan.

February, 1997
WARDROBE: red suit w/red stripes. Alexis tries to block the motion for the new witness. Alexis announces that Dorman's trying to get in a surprise witness. Alexis objects to the surprise witness in court. Ned, the surprise witness, is sworn in. "Due process -- you remember that, don't you?" Alexis wants a recess but can't get one.

February 13, 1997
WARDROBE: red checkered blazer, white silk blouse. On the stand Ned reveals he slept with Monica. Alexis requests that Ned's testimony be stricken from the record. Alexis learns that Stefan told Katherine he shot her. Alexis still doesn't believe that Katherine won't have Stefan arrested.

February 18, 1997
Alexis asks Ned, "Are you alone? Where's your wife and baby?; Dorman's quite a sick puppy; You and Monica huh? For what it's worth, I think that one day your wife will feel very sorry." Alexis offers Kevin a job but wants to ensure Stefan's interests are protected as well. Alexis tells them that she's confident she can get Stefan to meet his demands. She says she's happy that he'll sign.

February, 1997
WARDROBE: black blazer, black pants with pockets, sand-colored shirt underneath, dark high heels. In court, Alexis is surprised to hear about the presence of yet another surprise witness. Alexis objects to the new witness but the judge doesn't seem to care. The new witness, Rebecca, testifies. "You must sit down now." Alexis cross-examines Rebecca. Alexis reassures Monica. Alexis calls Monica to the stand. Alexis questions Monica. "Can the witness buy a vowel?" Monica is cross-examined; Alexis objects. Alexis redirects. Alexis is seen on television arriving in the courtroom.

February, 1997
WARDROBE: charcoal suit; black satin blouse with little white circles; black
hair clip. In court, Monica is found guilty. Alexis informs her client that their next step is the court of appeals. Alexis receives a kiss from Stefan. She tells him they lost. He tells her that the problem of the Spencers has been eliminated.

March, 1997
WARDROBE: white coat, charcoal striped suit; black pants with buttoned shirt; high-heeled black shoes; black butterfly-type hair clip. Lucy is mad when Alexis shows up unexpectedly. "You're evil -- you ought to work with the Cassadines." Bobbie can't find Stefan; Alexis says she has seen Lucas, but not Stefan. At the hospital board meeting Stefan tells Monica about the consequences of her being found guilty. Alexis is talking to Stefan. "Have you ever been to a parade? It's very tiring. Behind the mounted police or the mounted whatever there's always a ridiculous person in a little motorized scooter that picks up after the horses. That's me, Stefan. Talk about tiring." Speaking to Monica, Alexis says, "Monica, it is temporary. We'll prove that." Alexis mails letter #2 to an unknown recipient. Alexis shows up at the Quartermaine mansion. Lila tells Alexis of Edward's love of movies. Ned and Alexis talk. Alexis and Ned continue chatting. Alexis says, "It will be my joy to nail that creep to the wall."

March, 1997
WARDROBE: red striped dress, red shirt underneath, pockets. "That's some family, the Qs." She asks about Lucas. When Alexis learns that Luke saw Stefan at Harborview Towers, Stefan's not worried. "Luke's friend Sonny lives across the hall." Alexis and Stefan exchange a meaningful look. Stefan tells the Qs he hates Dorman. Alexis says she's going after Rebecca. Monica wants to figure out the connection between Dorman and Rebecca. "What could Dorman have on Rebecca? He charmed her." "Rebecca's still around -- so is Dorman." Edward wants to hire Katherine. "Why stay on when you feel so unfulfilled? You know I'm right, Cousin." Ned says, "I'll walk you out. I need to breathe some non-family air." "I don't trust you and thank you for the suggestion that I still have wits." Alexis is surprised to find Ned married Katherine. "Bigamy - a bold and incisive gesture." "I know a few things about little girls." "Once on a summer vacation he threw me over the side of a yacht." Ned asks why. "He said there were sharks in the water and I wasn't allowed to be afraid." Stefan says "Sonny Corinthos discovered me at Katherine's." Alexis tells him, "You have just given him of your will, excuse the pun, an armed motive, ammunition to use against you."

March, 1997
WARDROBE: plum suit with pockets; black satin blouse with silver squiggles and button loop on the collar. "Sonny saw you holding Katherine?" Alexis says she's worried. Alexis tells Stefan she finally understands about Katherine and won't bring up the subject again. About Miranda; "I had some information on that woman. I confirmed the fact that she was married to Jasper Jax." Alexis tells Stefan, "You weren't listening. I hate that." Alexis tells Stefan that he needs to be careful. They share a kiss on the cheek. Alexis writes a letter about life in Port Charles.

March, 1997
WARDROBE: royal blue blazer. Alexis and Nikolas discuss Katherine. Alexis tells Nikolas about Bobbie being in a fire. Alexis thanks Dr. Collins for the psychological profile. Alexis receives a mysterious phone call. "Why are you calling me here? I told you never to call me here." Stefan tells Alexis he's severing all ties to Katherine as of today. Stefan tells Alexis that Bobbie chose him over Luke and that she loves him. Alexis asks if Katherine might blackmail him. She says, "Family comes first. We don't ask ourselves why anymore."

March 11, 1997
WARDROBE: gray overcoat w/ buttons on shoulders; gray blazer w/ two pockets; gray shirt w/black stripe; postage-stamp size gray skirt. Alexis works on Monica's appeal. She wants to talk to AJ who stumbles home drunk. Ned asks if Katherine will do the hospital PR. Alexis walks in on Katherine and Stefan and is not thrilled to see them together. "I guess we move onto plan B. I forget. Do we have a plan B?" Ned sneaks up on Alexis. "I'm fine, really." He asks what's getting to her. "A mistake can affect so many people's lives."

April 10, 1997
WARDROBE: powder blue suit, buttons on cuffs, gray shirt underneath, postage-stamp size skirt. Alexis learns Nikolas has been writing a test all morning. Ned shows up. "A fly in a web." w/Ned. Ned tells Alexis he's just trying to read her soul. w/Stefan. Alexis spots Stefan instant-messaging Katherine.

April 10, 1997
WARDROBE: khaki blazer w/one button; brown satin blouse; pants with pockets; brown shoes. Alexis doesn't know why Katherine is there. Katherine shows the Qs the paper. Alexis asks Stefan if she should handle it on her own. Alexis receives a letter at the Port Charles hotel. Alexis is with Dorman, discussing threats at the hospital. Later, Luke says to Alexis, "It must be difficult keeping track of your wandering cousin." Luke refers to Stefan as an "amoral maniac". Luke also checks out Alexis' behind and seems to approve of what he sees. Alexis says she doesn't do laundry. Luke invites Alexis over to his club. Alexis watches the newscast of AJ.

April 30, 1997
WARDROBE: plum wraparound-type blouse; plum skirt. They discuss damage control re: Emily. They discuss family gatekeeping. "Sometimes they behave and sometimes you need a whip and chain." She tells Ned she heard he was quite the hero. Alexis instructs Luke to stay away from Nikolas. "I know what you're doing and it has to stop." Luke tells Alexis she's just like Stefan. She asks him, "Am I wearing black? Do I have a goatee?"
